YOUR AUDIENCE. YOUR SURFACE. YOUR REVENUE.

The audience follows you. Not a platform.

Subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, merch, courses and brand deals on one record you own, on a surface you control, through a payment processor you chose. The money reaches your bank first. Calisto bills you afterwards.

Calisto Pro

One operating system for creators

Everything between a fan pressing subscribe and the money reaching your bank, on one record. It works the same whether it is you and a phone or you and the three people you now pay.

Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View & Courses

Tiers, single unlocks and tips through your own payment processor into your own bank. One subscription opens everything you have made, and Calisto invoices you afterwards instead of taking it on the way past.

Store, Merch, Events & Payments

Sizes and colours that stay accurate across the store, the app and the table you are selling from. Tickets scanned at your own door, and seventy-five gateways to pick from.

Website, App & Subscriber Portal

Three places fans find you, one library behind all of them, and a fan who signs in once. Your name in the app store, not somebody else's.

Audience, Content & Publishing

A follower belongs to the platform that showed them your video. A fan record belongs to you. One place to make the thing, and one action that puts it everywhere it goes.

Email, Marketing & Community

Send to the people who actually pay you rather than to everyone who ever clicked, and keep the private space on something that belongs to you.

One thread per fan wherever they message you, with their tier, what they have spent and how long they have been around sitting next to it.

Brand Deals, Sponsorships & Affiliates

A rate card so you stop guessing your own number, what they can use and for how long, and an invoice that chases them instead of you asking twice.

Every euro you earn lands in one set of books the moment it clears, so tax time is one export instead of six logins.

Three Things You Own

The page, the deals, and one record per fan.

Full ownership of your audience, transactions, and deals. Unify storefront sales, sponsorship tracking, and individual supporter activity into one clear source of truth.

The Page They Buy From

Your own domain, selling the subscription, the unlock, the course and the shirt from one checkout, instead of a list of links pointing at four other people's websites.

The Deals You Negotiate

Sponsorships and affiliate partners with a rate card, terms that expire, and what each one actually returned, rather than a folder of DMs and a number you guessed.

The Fan Behind Every Payment

The person who messaged you on Instagram, subscribed on your site and bought the course is one record you hold, with what they spent on it.

Every Creator Model

However you make it, this is how you get paid for it

The format changes. The login does not.

An audience that already pays you every month, on your own domain, through your own payment processor. Tiers, single unlocks, pay-per-view and tips on one fan record, with the money reaching your bank before anyone bills you.

  1. Three tiers, each opening what you decide, with a trial so a new fan can see enough to commit.

  2. One post bought on its own, a paid live stream, a tip mid-broadcast. All on the same rails as the subscription.

  3. Fans pay you through your own account. The twelve percent is invoiced afterwards, never taken on the way past.

  4. Who messaged you and who paid you are the same record, with their tier and lifetime spend on it.

CALISTO COMMERCE

The payment hits your bank. Not ours.

Your own payment processor, one subscription that opens every format, single unlocks and tips on the same rails, and a fee that is invoiced to you afterwards rather than deducted before you ever see it.

Connect the processor you already use

Stripe, PayPal, CCBill, Segpay, Verotel or one of seventy-five others. The charge runs through your account and the money lands in your bank, not in one Calisto holds on your behalf.

The fee is invoiced, never deducted

Twelve percent arrives as a bill after the money is already yours, so you keep 88 percent and pay your own processor whatever it charges. Nothing is taken out on the way past, because it never passes through us.

One subscription opens everything

A fan subscribes once and it opens your video, your audio, your portal and your app. There is no second membership for the other thing you make.

Single unlocks and tips

One episode bought on its own, a tip during a live stream, a pay-per-view drop. Each clears through the same processor and lands on the same fan record.

Tiers, trials and what each one opens

Three tiers, each opening different things, with a trial that lets a new fan see enough to decide before the first charge.

Failed cards recovered on their own

A declined renewal retries on a schedule, notifies the fan, and keeps access on grace terms you set. Involuntary churn is the cheapest churn to fix and the easiest to ignore.

Upgrades, downgrades, and pauses

A fan moves between tiers with proration, or pauses for two months instead of cancelling. A pause that saves a subscriber is worth more than a discount that annoys one.

Churn you can see coming

Watch time, opens, and logins per subscriber say who is drifting. A win-back sequence reaches them before the cancellation rather than after it.

Annual plans and founding-member pricing

Monthly, annual, and lifetime tiers with launch pricing that grandfathers early subscribers. The tier a fan joined on stays theirs when the public price moves.

PAYMENT FREEDOM

75 payment gateways. 11 regions. Your choice.

Connect the processor you already use, or the one your fans in a given country can actually pay with. Your merchant account, your rates, and no lock-in to whichever one we happened to sign a deal with.

CALISTO CORE

The drop sold out. Every screen already knows.

One stock count behind the store, the app and the table you are selling from, ticketed events on your own domain, and seventy-five processors to pick the one that suits you.

Size, Colour, and the Medium That Always Runs Out

Variants carry their own stock, and the one that sells out disappears from the store, the app, and the bio link at the same moment rather than fifteen orders later. A limited drop has a live date, a quantity, and a queue. Pre-orders take payment with a stated ship window, and the waitlist for a sold-out size is a segment you can email when it restocks. Fulfil through a print partner, from your own boxes, or both for different products: the catalog and the customer record do not care which, and neither does the ledger.

Shipping, Tracking, and the Message That Follows

Rates by weight and destination, labels, and tracking that emails itself to the buyer. The "where is my order" message stops being the most common thing in your inbox. A size exchange is a workflow with a restock, a refund or a replacement, and a note on the customer record rather than a personal favour you did in a DM at midnight. A terminal at a meetup, a convention table, or a tour merch stand rings against the same inventory, so what sells on the road is gone from the online store immediately.

Tiers, Capacity, and Early Access for Members

General admission, VIP, and meet-and-greet each carry a price and a capacity. Subscribers can be given a presale window automatically, because the platform already knows who they are. Tickets scan on a phone with a live count, so the room capacity, the no-show rate, and the walk-up sales are numbers you have rather than an impression from the door. A free workshop or an AMA still produces a registration, an attendance record, and a follow-up segment: free does not mean untracked.

Seventy-Five Processors. You Pick.

A fan in Tokyo taps subscribe. It routes to the processor you chose, settles in yen, and lands in your own merchant account. Nothing is skimmed in the middle, because nothing passes through anyone else on the way. Seventy-five connectors span Stripe, PayPal, regional card processors, and creator-economy gateways like CCBill, Segpay, Verotel, Epoch, NOWPayments and CoinGate, and you can route different product types through different processors. Four Platforms Collapse Into One Product List

A subscription, a course, a download and a shirt are four different things to sell and one person buying them. One catalog entry holds any of those types and entries compose into offers, so there is no second storefront, no per-sale surcharge, and no separate monthly tool stacked on top for whichever one you added last.

Physical Goods and Sponsor Deals, Same Journal

A merch order fires at a live event. The POS terminal processes the card, inventory count decreases, and the sale journals alongside that morning's digital subscription revenue, with fulfillment integration routing the shipping label. Sponsor inquiries land in Deals, which tracks the pipeline from first contact through signed contract to payment received. Every revenue line, whether digital, physical or sponsored, appears in one ledger, and every sale journals with its source channel: website, portal, POS, or marketplace.

One number

One subscriber count. For the first time, accurate.

Eight platforms each held part of the data. One platform returns it, and the subscriber count finally holds.

CALISTO NEXUS

Your site, your portal, your app, your name.

One library feeds all three, every purchase and preference is shared across them, and the icon on a fan's home screen is yours with nobody else's name under it.

The Storefront, Blog, and Library on Your Domain
CALISTO COMMERCE

The platform showed them your video. You keep the fan.

One record per fan carrying every subscription, purchase, message and event, a browser studio that records server-side, and one publish action that reaches every destination.

The Instagram DM and the Course Buyer Are One Person

A fan who messages on Instagram, subscribes on the site, and buys a course resolves to a single contact rather than three rows in three tools. Deduplication runs on email, phone, and handle. Subscription tier, lifetime spend, every purchase, every message, every event attended, and every campaign they opened sit on one timeline, so the context exists before you reply. Marketing consent, channel preference, and language sit on the fan rather than in a list export: someone who opted out of SMS stays opted out everywhere.

Segment by What They Paid, Not What They Clicked

Subscribers over six months, buyers of the last course, tippers, event attendees, and lapsed members are queries against real behaviour rather than a tag someone remembered to apply. The same fan record drives the email list, the subscriber portal, the app, the community, and the inbox, so there is no second audience database to reconcile.

A Guest Joins a Browser Tab. A Finished Episode Walks Out.

Remote guests join a browser studio room with no software to install. Each participant records server-side, so the guest whose connection drops for ninety seconds does not cost you the master file. The recording arrives with its transcript, chapters, and show notes already generated, and captions in eight languages for the live version. The video, the audio episode, and the newsletter excerpt come from that one source rather than from three exports made at three different times.

A Shared Media Pool, Not a Folder of final_v3_REAL

Everything lands in a shared media pool: cover art, footage, brand assets, and final exports in one place, with version history instead of a folder of files named final_v3_REAL. Rolling back to yesterday's cut is clicking a version number. Clips queue to render overnight and arrive finished, tagged, and organised in the morning, ready to schedule, so batch work happens while nobody is watching it happen.

Editors Reach the Assets Without an Account

Editors and collaborators reach the assets they need through time-limited links without needing an account, and the brand asset library keeps logos, intros, and lower thirds beside the raw footage rather than in a folder only one person can find. Nothing is exported to be re-uploaded somewhere else: the publishing step reads the same library the edit was made in.

One Calendar for Every Format

Video, shorts, podcast, newsletter, live streams, and sponsored posts sit on one calendar with their status, their owner, and the deadline the brand deal actually contracted for. The finished export publishes to each destination with its own caption, aspect ratio, and hashtags. One long-form piece carries its derived shorts, quotes, and newsletter excerpt on the same record, so the second and third use of an asset are scheduled instead of forgotten.

A Link in Bio That Reads the Catalog

The bio link shows what is actually on sale right now: the current course, the open cohort, the new merch drop, the next event. A sold-out product removes itself. Captions check against the creator's own voice and brand rules before publishing, and a post that violates them is blocked rather than quietly published by a collaborator.

What Was Posted, and What It Returned

Reach and engagement per platform sit next to the revenue attributed to that piece, so the question "which video actually sold courses" has an answer. Social posts draft from the episode's metadata, meaning the title, the guest name and the chapter highlights, and one distribution action posts to five platforms with per-platform formatting handled automatically. The guest's name is spelled correctly everywhere because it was entered once.

When it grows

When it stops being just you.

Scale your creative team without sharing passwords or losing control. Grant secure asset access to contractors, track gear inventory, and manage exact timestamped feedback, all in one unified workflow.

The person who edits gets the files without your password

A time-limited link, not your login and not a shared drive. They reach exactly what you sent them and nothing else, and you do not have to change a password when the job ends.

What you agreed to pay them is on the record

The one running the camera and the one holding the light each sit on a roster with their rate and the days they worked, so what you owe is a number you can look up instead of a text message from March.

Cameras, lights, mics and cards check out and back in

What went out, who has it, and whether it came back. The card that corrupted once is flagged before it goes out on a day you are paying for.

Notes land at 1:42, not "somewhere in the middle"

A comment attaches to the second it is about, on the version it was given against, so nobody is scrubbing through a file guessing which cut the note was for.

The version you approved stays the version

Cuts sit in order with their notes attached. Whoever opens it opens the current one, and the file is still there in a year at the version you signed off.

Music and stock tell you before they lapse

A track licensed for one video and a clip licensed for social only carry what you are allowed to do with them and until when, with a warning before the answer changes.

CALISTO MEDIA

Radio and TV come with the account. Direct earns when you do.

Publishing your audio and your video is included. The twelve percent starts the first time a fan pays you, and it is invoiced afterwards rather than taken on the way past.

Calisto Engage / Calisto Interact

Send to the people who actually pay you.

The two hundred who fund the work, identified from what they spent rather than from who happened to open an email, and a private space that is yours rather than rented from a chat app.

Subscription Tier Drives the Segment, Not Open Rate

A Tier 3 subscriber who bought two courses and attended a live event last month gets sorted into a segment automatically. No manual tagging. No CSV upload. The segment reflects what the fan actually spent money on, not which subject line tricked a higher open rate.

Campaign Return Is a Number, Not an Estimate

A merch drop lists in the catalog. The live Tier 1 and above segment pulls straight from the subscription record, the offer with its own tracked link, and the purchase journals to Ledger already attached to that send, so the campaign's return is a number, not an estimate. Automation sequences trigger from commerce events: a course completion fires a follow-up offer, a subscription downgrade triggers a retention sequence, and each trigger carries the full purchase context into the email template.

Hex Codes Entered Once, Not Six Times

A creator updates brand colors in one tool and the email template still shows the old palette, the website header drifts to a slightly different shade, the mobile app uses a third variant, and three months later nothing matches. Brand colors, logos, typography, and voice guidelines live in one location through Ethos, so a color change propagates to Studio templates, Sites headers, Navigator styling, and every outgoing email. Brand mentions and sentiment surface across social platforms through Reputation, and a spike in negative mentions appears before it reaches the inbox, feeding back into Campaigns for response messaging.

Membership That Matches the Tier They Pay For

Access to spaces, channels, and threads is granted by the subscription record itself, so a cancelled member loses access without anyone auditing a list by hand. The community lives on your site and inside your branded app rather than on a chat platform that owns the members, the history, and the ability to reach them. Roles, reporting, and moderation tools come with a view of who has gone quiet, which is the earliest warning that a subscription is about to lapse.

Tiers, Points, and Perks That Mean Something

Length of membership, spend, and participation earn early access, discounts, and recognition, and the fan who has been there four years is visible as such at checkout and in the inbox. Points award for purchases and engagement, and crossing a tier fires consequences across marketing, advertising, and the portal badge.

Collaborator Referrals and Affiliate Sales, One Report

Two creators cross-promote each other's courses and the referral chain runs through Circle: who sent the fan, which product they bought, what commission is owed. The member who brought eleven new subscribers has a tracked, rewardable contribution rather than a vague reputation for being generous, and guest appearances, cross-promotions, and shared campaigns are tracked as relationships with their own history and results, so the collaboration that works twice happens a third time.

First message to paid

The biggest cheque of the year, negotiated in a DM.

From the first message to the money landing, on one record that already knows what you charge and what they are allowed to do with it.

The DM That Starts "Loved Your Last Video"

The partnerships email, the agency form, and the DM all land in one list with the brand, the budget and the dates on them, rather than three messages you will have to find again in a week. Nothing is lost because you were filming when it arrived.

ADD YOUR TEAM

Three ways to add your team to Calisto Pro

Three options adapt to every subscriber.

Agenda

Add anyone to your system for tasks and scheduling

Add any Calisto user to your system to assign tasks or scheduling. This allows the user to be included in tasks and scheduling through Agenda. Because the user only sees the assigned task or shift, this is a great option for shift employees, third-party contractors, and volunteers.

Station

Decide what every employee sees of your system

Give each employee access to just what they need so they can do their job with ease with Station. Start with a pre-made template or customize each portal as your needs change. Station works best for companies that use Workforce.

Full access

Admins who see everything

Add additional users as needed for full access to every app, every screen, and every record. Available at no additional cost for subscribers of Calisto Commerce and Calisto Ops.

Your team, your portals, and your admin access are all managed in Purview.

Ledger and automation

Six income lines. One set of books.

Tax time is one export instead of six logins and a weekend, and one thing a fan does can set off four others without you wiring anything together.

Production management

Checklists and dashboards at no extra cost.

Keep every episode on schedule and every team member aligned. Access per-task tracking, deadline assignments, and real-time status signals without paying for third-party project management tools.

Content Production Checklist

Per-episode checklists from script to posting, assigned across team members with deadlines and status tracking.

Today & Signal Included

Operational dashboards and event signals ship with any Ops product at no extra cost.

Finding You, Staying Subscribed

What a fan runs into between finding you and staying subscribed

Stop losing subscribers to platform friction. See how owning your domain, payment rails, and fan data transforms casual viewers into lifelong supporters.

When it lives on someone else's platform
They join on a platform that already holds their card and their attention
It carries somebody else's logo
Their local method is not offered, so they close the tab
A different login and a different list
Another platform, another password
A separate store that does not know they are a member
A message on whichever platform they happened to find you on
Posted, and whoever sees it sees it
The platform keeps them on its list, not yours
Tracked in a document and remembered
Six dashboards and a reconciliation
The business model changes with it
A percentage disappears before it arrives
The audience stays behind with the platform
When it lives on your own record
They subscribe on your own checkout, to you
It carries your name
The rail their country actually uses, in the currency they hold
The same fan record that holds what they bought
Opens from the tier they already pay for
Member pricing applied, because the record knows they are one
Every platform's messages in one thread, with their history beside them
Goes to the tier that paid for it, and only that tier
They are still your contact, and you can still ask why
Deliverables with dates, and an invoice that chases itself
One ledger, one export, every revenue line already categorised
The list, the content and the buyers are already yours
The fee invoices separately and is never deducted on the way through
The audience follows you
Why Creators Move

What a fan sees, and what you keep

What changes when the subscription, the unlock, the merch order and the message are one fan record, and that record is one you hold.

1

Brand on every receipt

A fan pays. The confirmation email, the receipt and the subscription page all carry your name. Nobody else's logo appears between you and the person paying you.
OWNERSHIP
75

Gateways, 190 countries

A subscriber in a country without major payment processor coverage still completes the transaction. The gateway routes locally. The payout consolidates.
GLOBAL CAPABILITY
Yours

The subscriber list leaves with you

A platform can demonetise overnight, change its terms, alter a revenue split, or disappear from an app store, and none of that is a decision you get to make.
CONTROL
1

One fan record behind every revenue line

The subscription, the course sale, the merch order, the ticket and the tip are the same person on the same record, so what a fan is worth over a year is a number rather than an estimate assembled at tax time.
ONE RECORD
Auto

The order ships without you

A merch order comes in. Your fulfilment partner gets the shipment details, tracking goes back to the fan on its own, and the where-is-my-order message never reaches you.
NOTHING TO CHASE
The Connections

Eight apps. One audience.

Subscriptions, unlocks, merch and the fan record, on infrastructure that is yours.

Ledger

Direct

Tiers, digital products and pay-per-view on your own domain, where the subscriber is a record you hold rather than a number a platform shows you.

Studio

Assets your editor can reach without an account of their own, versioned against the piece rather than passed around as exports.

Link

A link in bio that reads the catalogue, so a new product is live where the audience actually clicks without a second place to update.

Campaigns

One calendar for every format, with what was posted and what it returned on the same record rather than in an analytics tab you screenshot.

Ethos

Logo, colours, type, and voice guidelines enforced across the subscriber portal, the website, the app, email templates, and social posts. The creator whose materials all match is the one fans describe as a brand.

Deals

Brand enquiries become a pipeline the rate card feeds, with scope, usage rights and an end date rather than a negotiation restarted from scratch each time.

Sign

Brand deal contracts, model releases, sponsor agreements, and usage-rights terms signed before the first deliverable ships. The scope, the revision count, and the exclusivity window are clauses, not assumptions.

Ledger

An invoice that chases itself, with subscription revenue, product sales and brand work in one set of books instead of four dashboards and a spreadsheet.

Calisto Interact

Fan messaging for creators

Every tool your channel needs to answer a fan or a sponsor is already built into Calisto Pro, and every one of them opens against the subscription tier, the lifetime spend and the engagement score.

The Instagram Question and the WhatsApp Follow-Up, One Fan

A fan asks about merch on Instagram, follows up by email, and a third message arrives on WhatsApp: three interfaces, three separate histories, context fragmenting and response time doubling. Here they are one conversation thread per contact, with the fan's subscription tier, lifetime spend, and engagement score beside every message. Priority routing moves sponsor inquiries and top-tier subscribers to the front of the queue, and template responses pull subscriber data into personalized replies.

Sponsor Emails File Beside Subscription Data

Fifty emails arrive daily from fans, sponsors, and collaborators, and without context every reply starts from zero. Each email sent or received through Mail files silently on the sender's contact record, so a sponsor follow-up sits alongside every prior conversation, every contract, every payment. No CRM sync required. No manual tagging. The relationship history assembles itself.

Coaching Calls Record to the Client's Profile

The coaching call happens in Live and the recording files automatically on the client's contact record, beside every message that fan ever sent. Nobody uploads it anywhere and nobody decides to log it. A cloud phone system adds caller ID for sponsor calls, guest interviews, and fan outreach, so the person picking up already knows which conversation they are continuing.

Honest answers

What creators actually ask before they move

Twelve percent of what you earn through Direct: subscriptions, single unlocks, pay-per-view and tips. There is no monthly fee for it and no setup cost. Because the money settles into your own bank through your own payment processor, the twelve percent is invoiced to you afterwards rather than deducted on the way past. Radio and TV come with the account. Studio, if you use it to produce, is EUR 4 / USD 5 per person per month.

You connect your own payment processor, so your fans pay you and the money lands in your own bank on your processor's schedule. It never sits in an account Calisto controls, which means there is no platform payout day, no minimum threshold to clear, and no hold you have to ask about.

Yes. It publishes on your own connected domain rather than any Calisto address, so connecting a domain is part of setting it up. You verify your age once, viewers verify theirs before they can watch, and each upload carries a US 18 USC 2257 attestation, which is a full form the first time and a checkbox after that. You connect an adult-friendly processor such as CCBill, Segpay or Verotel. A short list of countries is blocked at the edge where the law requires it. The rate is the same twelve percent, with no separate charge and no different tier.

Yes. The list imports, existing fans get an invitation carrying your name rather than a platform's, and their subscription history comes with them. It stays exportable for as long as you use it, which is the same reason it was importable.

Single unlocks and pay-per-view, tips, merch, tickets to something you are doing in person or online, a course, a downloadable file, and paid one-to-one time. They all sit in one catalog behind one checkout on your domain, so a fan who already subscribed does not enter their card again.

Seventy-five payment gateways cover 190 countries, so the rail a fan's own bank actually clears is one of them wherever they live. They pay in the currency they hold, and it consolidates into one transfer to you.

No. Whatever they message you on arrives in one thread per person, with their tier, what they have spent and how long they have been subscribed sitting next to it. You answer from the same place, and the reply goes back out on the channel they used.

No. It is built to be run by one person with a phone. The team side is there when you need it: someone to edit, someone on the camera, someone answering messages, each with what you agreed to pay them on the record rather than in a text message from March.

Your subscriber list, your content and your buyers were always yours, and they export. Your domain was already pointed at you. There is nothing to negotiate for, because none of it was ever held on your behalf.
