Add Signers

Send the document. Each signer receives an email from your domain with a link to review and sign. The email originates from your configured sender — not from a third-party service address.

Auto-fills with the signing date when the signer completes the document.

Checkbox

Acknowledgment or consent checkbox. The signer checks to confirm.

The signer is physically present. Open the in-person signing surface on your device. Hand them the device. They review and sign on screen. Same fields, same completion flow — on a shared device.

Every document moves through a nine-state lifecycle — from Draft through Sent, Viewed, Partially Signed, Signed, Completed, Declined, Voided, and Expired. Three primary filtered views — Pending, Awaiting Others, Completed — surface documents by action required. Declined and Expiring Soon are sub-filters within their parent views. Reminders sent to signers who have not completed. Global search across all documents.
