Every channel arrives in the same queue, sorted by time, tagged with the source. No separate dashboards. No switching between systems. Every payload that arrives is logged with its processing status, and one that fails is retried rather than lost.

The Cockpit

The queue is fine. Show me what is not.

Beyond volume metrics, the cockpit highlights stalled work, failed steps, and key decisions. Track today’s orders, shipments, returns, cycle times, and SLA compliance with drill-down tiles.

Orders and lines that stalled, failed or need a decision, each with its stage, age and severity. Click one and you are on the order.

Fulfill

Received. In progress. Ready. On its way.

The picture is complete. Now work it.

Every order moves through the same stages whatever channel it came from, and it moves line by line. An advance is checked against the stages that line may reach next, so a skipped step is refused and told why instead of quietly persisting.

The record beneath it carries the timeline of every transition, the financials from Ledger and per-line availability from Inventory. Notes, priority and the deadline stay editable. The price does not, because Pulse owns it.

The fulfillment step matches the order type. On the warehouse floor the same order is a pick list, a packing bench and a label, worked line by line with its dwell time on the row.

In a restaurant that same order is a ticket on the kitchen display, moving received to prepping to plating to ready. A service order becomes a task with a technician against it.

Seven return types

A return is not one shape, so Orderflow carries seven: return, cancellation, refund, RMA, damage claim, void and comp. Each records its reason and reason code, its refund amount, and the lines coming back when that matters. Approving or denying it is a recorded decision, not an edit somebody made quietly.

Order groups

Orders that belong together travel together. A group carries its own name, customer and notes, derives its status from its members, and advances as a unit. Disband it and every member order survives.

Fulfillment Zones

The same engine. Ten different shop floors.

Switch the active purview and the floor changes with it, loading the screens that concept runs on and standing them down when you switch away.

Fulfillment Zones

One universal spine. Ten concept-native floors.

Core operations like orders, shipments, and returns remain universal while interfaces adapt dynamically to your active operation. From kitchens to warehouses, teams only see the exact screens and workflows their floor requires.

Pick lists, packing station, ship orders, batch fulfillment, carrier rate comparison.

Dine · Kitchen

Kitchen display, expo pass, bar queue, floor plan, tabs, catering, plating guides.

Stays · Front Office

Front desk, room board, housekeeping, minibar, guest requests, concierge, group billing.

The Routing Engine

Eight conditions. Seven actions. Orders route themselves.

Define custom logic to automatically assign fulfillment locations, flag high value items, and direct order flows without manual intervention.

Routing Rules

A rule decides how an order is fulfilled: which carrier, which warehouse, which service level, whether to split the shipment, whether to drop-ship it.

Cost Optimizer

Evaluates every matching carrier and service level, then takes the cheapest one that still meets the delivery promise.

What a rule reads

Eight conditions, alone or combined.

What it does about it

Seven actions, applied in order.

Routing Simulator

Test a new rule against historical orders before you activate it, and see which decisions would change.

Handoff

Picked up. Driven out. Shipped. Tracked.

Fulfillment is not finished when the item is ready. Orderflow carries the handoff: who collects it, who drives it, which carrier has it, and what the customer sees while they wait.

Orders ready for a customer or courier to collect, with the ready time on each row. Mark it picked up and it leaves the board.

Active deliveries with destination, driver, estimated time and status. Assign one to a driver and the order moves with it. Once a shipment has a tracking number, its live position comes back through Sync onto the same board.

Carrier, tracking number, service level, destination, ship date, estimated delivery and cost, with quick filters for what needs attention, what is in transit and what has landed. Void one and it says so.

A tracking page anyone with the link can open. No sign-in and no app chrome: the reference, the status in plain language, the items with their stage, and a timeline. It is not indexed, and a link that does not resolve says the order was not found rather than leaking anything.

Customs & Cross-Border

HS classification. Landed cost. Compliance screening. Documents generated.

When an order crosses a border the customs engine classifies it, prices the landing and screens it, so you never ship what you cannot and your customer is not surprised at the door.

HS Code Classification

Automatic Harmonized System lookup for every product in the shipment.

Landed Cost Calculator

Product, shipping, duties, taxes, insurance and brokerage to the customer’s door, calculated before you quote rather than after you ship.

Restricted Items Screening

Screened against the restricted and prohibited lists for the destination country, before the label prints.

Sanctions Checking

Sanctions screening, so a compliance problem surfaces before the shipment leaves.

Customs Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, declaration, bill of lading and airway bill, generated and signed through Sign.

DDP Support

Delivered Duty Paid: collect the duty upfront so the customer pays nothing at the door.

Rental Fulfillment

Equipment out. Equipment back. Every unit tracked.

Equipment, event and recreation rental runs its whole lifecycle here, reservation through return and inspection, on eight purpose-built screens.

Performance

Where the time goes. Where the promise slipped.

Throughput on its own does not tell you where the day went, and a period with nothing in it does not read as zero performance.

Average time at each fulfillment stage, by concept type and period. The stage eating the day is the one an average hides.

Questions about Calisto Orderflow

Every order from every channel, with whatever needs you at the top. One queue rather than a tab per channel is the difference between running fulfilment and monitoring it.

Yes, the same inventory, schedule and books the rest of the business uses. An order that cannot be fulfilled is known at the queue rather than at the shelf.

A return arrives on a structured form carrying the order and the reason, which is what makes returns analysable instead of a folder of emails.

Yes, with their line items, customer and status. Historic orders usually import as records so the customer history is intact.

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. There are no per-order fees, and Orderflow works without the rest of Calisto Ops.

Yes, in standard formats with line items, fulfilment and returns.
