One operating system for aesthetic practices
Everything an injector, a medical director, a front desk and a client touches, running off one record. A single treatment room and a group of clinics are held to the same standard.
Treatments, Rooms & Booking
Each injector booked with the room the treatment needs, a consultation required before the first treatment, and a deposit or card hold taken when the booking is made.
Intake & Consent
The treatment’s own intake answered before arrival and filed to the chart, and its named consent signed at the version in force, asked again when the words change.
Charts, Photos & Sign-off
Treatment notes, a body map of where each product went with its units and lot, before-and-after photos in the same pose, and the medical director’s countersignature.
Lots, Stock & Recall
Every vial named on the treatment that used it, so a recall is a list of clients, with the backbar and the retail shelf counted in one stock.
Plans, Series & Memberships
Treatment plans whose interval brings the client due back, series that count down, memberships, and gift vouchers sold at the desk or online.
Clinical Clearance & Records
The chart opens only for the people you clear, every read and write is logged, and retention follows the country the clinic is in.
고객 커뮤니케이션
WhatsApp, email and calls filed to the same client, answered by someone who can see the next appointment.
One platform for every aesthetic practice
The treatment changes. The client record does not.
Injection points on a body map, with the product, the units and the lot per point. Next time the injector knows exactly what was done and where.
Each treatment names its consent, signed before arrival at the current version and asked again when the wording changes.
The same pose every visit, grouped by area, so six months of progress is something you can show rather than describe.
The facial, the peel and the filler on one calendar, one client and one bill, with only the clinical treatments asking for a chart.
Every treatment room and device bay, drawn and bookable.
Draw the clinic, name each treatment room and device bay, and every one becomes a resource appointments book against. Rooms trace themselves from closed walls, so the plan stays consistent with itself when you move a partition. Zones carry through to Access, so a room that only cleared staff may enter is enforced at the door rather than noted on a list.
Three ways to add your team to Calisto Pro
Three options adapt to every subscriber.
Add anyone to your system for tasks and scheduling
Add any Calisto user to your system to assign tasks or scheduling. This allows the user to be included in tasks and scheduling through Agenda. Because the user only sees the assigned task or shift, this is a great option for shift employees, third-party contractors, and volunteers.
Decide what every employee sees of your system
Admins who see everything
Add additional users as needed for full access to every app, every screen, and every record. Available at no additional cost for subscribers of Calisto Commerce and Calisto Ops.
Your team, your portals, and your admin access are all managed in Purview.
Treatments, Rooms & Booking
Each injector booked with the room the treatment needs, a consultation required before the first treatment, and a deposit or card hold taken when the booking is made.
The Room and the Injector, Held Together
A treatment knows its duration, the room it needs and who may perform it. Booking it holds the injector and the room together, so a laser appointment cannot land in a room with no laser, and two practitioners never arrive at the same door.
A Consultation Before the First Treatment
Mark a treatment as needing a consultation first and the website will not book it for a client who has not had one. The consultation is a booking like any other, and the treatment opens once it has happened.
Deposits and Card Holds at Booking
A deposit or a card hold is taken when the booking is made, on your own gateway, in the client’s currency. The no-show list shows who did not come, and the deposit is already where it belongs.
The Front Desk Sees the Day
Arrivals, rooms and injectors on one arrivals board, the same board the whole front desk works from. Checking a client in is one action, and the room they are booked into is on the line beside them.
The room, the injector and the client, held together.
Nobody arranges three calendars around each other.
Intake & Consent
The treatment’s own intake answered before arrival and filed to the chart, and its named consent signed at the version in force, asked again when the words change.
The Treatment Asks Its Own Questions
Each treatment names its intake form. A client booking a filler is asked the filler questions, not a generic health form, and booking online asks them before the slot confirms.
Charts, Photos & Sign-off
Treatment notes, a body map of where each product went with its units and lot, before-and-after photos in the same pose, and the medical director’s countersignature.
One Chart, Visit by Visit
The chart opens on the client’s allergies and contraindications, then each visit: what was done, where, with which product and lot. Nothing is ever overwritten — an amendment is a new entry naming the one it corrects.
A Body Map With the Units and the Lot
Tap the outline where a product went, then name it, its units and its lot. Next visit, the injector sees exactly what was done last time and where.
The Same Pose, Months Apart
Photos are taken against a named pose — front, three-quarter, profile, close-up — and grouped by area, so any two can be set side by side. They live on the chart, not in a camera roll, and each one opens only for someone cleared to see it.
Prescriptions on the Record
A prescription is written, issued and printed against the client’s chart, so the next practitioner sees what was prescribed and when.
The Medical Director Signs Off
Mark a treatment as needing sign-off and its chart waits in the director’s queue until it is countersigned. The record shows who performed it and who signed it off.
Every lot, traced to the client.
Every vial named on the treatment that used it, so a recall is a list of clients, with the backbar and the retail shelf counted in one stock.
The Lot Is Named on the Chart
When an injector records a product given, they choose the lot it came from. The lot carries its expiry date from the stock it was received into.
Open a Lot, See Every Client
A manufacturer recalls a lot. Open it, and every client who received product from it is listed with the date and how much. The list is behind clinical clearance like the chart.
Plans, Series & Memberships
Treatment plans whose interval brings the client due back, series that count down, memberships, and gift vouchers sold at the desk or online.
A Treatment Plan With a Rhythm
A plan is proposed, accepted and worked through. Its recall interval — or the treatment’s own “rebook after” — puts the client on the rebooking list when they are due, and a reminder goes out on its own.
Series That Count Down
A course of six laser sessions is sold once and used one session at a time. What is left is the same number at the desk and on the client’s phone.
Memberships That Renew
A monthly membership renews on the card on file, and the client and the desk see the same standing.
Gift Vouchers That Reconcile
Sold at the desk or online and redeemed against a treatment, with the balance on the voucher rather than in a shoebox.
Protected by clearance, not by hope.
The chart opens only for the people you clear, every read and write is logged, and retention follows the country the clinic is in.
The calendar, the chart and the lots in one day
Arrivals, rooms, charts waiting for sign-off and clients due back. The injector opens the day already knowing it.
The Practice Day
Every injector, every room and every client on today’s board: who has arrived, which chart is waiting for the medical director, and who is due back this week.
The Chart
Allergies and contraindications first, then each visit: the body map with units and lot, the photos in the same pose, the prescription and the sign-off.

The booking, the consent, the chart and the lot are one client, which is why a recall is a list of people rather than a phone tree.

What an aesthetic practice finds when it arrives
Calisto 의 구축 방식에서의 구조적 차이.
client record holding the booking, the intake, the consent at its version, the chart, the body map, the lot and every photo. Nothing is asked twice and nothing that matters sits in a folder.
A lot was recalled on a Thursday. By lunch we had the list of clients and the dates.한 고객 기록
clipboards in the waiting room. Intake and consent are answered on the client’s phone before they arrive, and the answers land on the chart rather than in a tray.
그들이 도착하기 전에 준비 완료read and write of the chart logged with the person and the time. The record opens for the people you cleared, and nobody else on the team sees a photograph.
CLEARANCE, NOT ROLESpose per area, so a before and an after are the same photograph months apart. Results a client can see are results a client talks about.
적절히 문서화됨From four places to one record
What changes when the booking, the consent, the chart and the lot stop living in different places.
Before: The Record Is Four Places
The booking is in WhatsApp, the consent on a clipboard, the photos on a phone and the lot numbers in a fridge. Each one is fine on its own. Together they cannot answer what was done, where, with what and by whom.
During: One Client Record
The booking, the intake, the consent, the chart, the photos and the lot sit on one client. The desk runs the day without seeing a chart, and the people you clear see all of it.
After: A Practice That Can Answer
A recall is a list of clients. A complaint opens on the chart that shows what happened. A client is due back on the date their plan says, and the reminder has already gone.
The clinic also sells the aftercare, the packages and the membership.
여기 있는 것은 통합이 아닙니다. 이미 귀하의 비즈니스의 여러 부분이 기록을 작성하는 하나의 기록 집합입니다.
Client communication for aesthetic practices
Every tool your practice needs to answer a client is already built into Calisto Pro, and every one of them opens against the same client record.

자세히 알아보기Every Channel, One Client
A client messages on WhatsApp, emails a question about aftercare and calls about a reschedule. Here the three arrive matched to the one client, beside their next appointment, and whoever answers can book inside the thread.
The Caller Is Already Known
A call comes in and the number matches the client, so the desk sees who it is and when they are booked before answering. The call is logged on the same timeline.
Reminders on the Treatment’s Rhythm
Appointment reminders, and the due-back reminder when a plan’s interval comes round, go out on their own, so nobody has to remember who is fourteen weeks past their last treatment.

자주 묻는 질문
No. The conversation stays on WhatsApp. On your side the message arrives matched to the client, beside their next appointment, and the booking that comes out of it is a real booking with the room and the injector held.
The owner, and the people the owner clears for clinical records in People & privacy. Clearance is per person, not a role. Every read and every write of a chart, a photo or a prescription is logged with who and when, and the front desk can run the day without ever seeing a photograph.
Yes. Mark a treatment as needing the medical director’s sign-off and its chart waits in the sign-off queue until the director countersigns it. The record shows who performed the treatment and who signed it off.
Each treatment names its consent. The client signs the version in force when they book, and when you change the words the next booking asks again. You can see who signed which version, and when.
Open the lot. Every client who received product from it is listed with the date and the amount, read from the chart where each product given names its lot. The list is behind clinical clearance like the chart itself.
Calisto hosts it in the EU as your processor, kept apart from the rest of the business by clearance. Retention is stamped on each record from the country your clinic declares. Bringing your own database is available and never required.
Yes. Treatments, deposits, series and retail settle through your own merchant account on the gateway your market uses, in the currency the client is billed in.
The clients, the treatments, the consents and the charts stay where they are. The second clinic is another location on the same account, the same treatment and consent set reaches it, and nothing is re-entered.
