Calisto Display

Signage that reads your business instead of being re-typed.

Design a board and bind its zones to live data, so a menu price or a room status changes on the glass the moment it changes in the record.

A menu board reads your catalog at the prices you set · An arrivals list reads your live reservations · Change the record once and every screen bound to it follows

The Signage App for Screens

A drag-and-drop designer, nine board types, live data zones, scheduling, and device management. The board reads your business, not a slideshow you keep refreshing.

The Designer

Drag-and-drop composition. Live data zones. Full-screen render.

A visual editor that opens at the panel’s real dimensions. Compose the layout, then bind its zones to the records your business already keeps.

A canvas at the panel’s real resolution

Place text, images, shapes and live data zones on the layout itself.

Zones that read live records

A price, an availability, a status, a metric. The record changes and the zone follows.

Branding from the business profile

Logo, colours, typography and backgrounds, applied once rather than restyled per screen.

What you design is what plays

The same screen renders full-screen on a connected device and at the screen’s public address.

What a Screen Shows

A board that reads the business, not a poster somebody re-typed.

The zones read the records the rest of your business already keeps, so the price on the menu board, the balance on the in-room screen and the ticket on the kitchen board are the real ones.

Nine board types, each reading the records the rest of your business already keeps.

Menu board

Your menu at the prices you already set. Change the item once and the board follows.

Offers

Offers your business has published, rendered as a board rather than re-keyed as a poster.

Directory

Who and what is where, resolved from your locations.

Wayfinding

Destinations by category. With a floor plan authored it adds hotspots, a floor selector and a you-are-here marker.

In-room guest

Occupied shows the guest, their charges and a running balance; vacant shows a branded welcome. Read-only, always.

Arrivals

Who is expected, from the same reservations your front desk works from.

Kitchen orders

The live ticket board for a prep station, reading the orders that station fired.

Occupancy and room status

How full you are and what state each room is in, with no whiteboard to update.

Review ticker

Recent reviews above your rating threshold, for that screen’s property and no other.

The Player

A screen that reports in, keeps playing, and can be driven from your desk.

Signage fails quietly: a screen freezes on Tuesday and nobody notices until Friday. Every Calisto screen beats back to say it is alive, and can be mirrored, restarted or re-pointed from your desk without anyone walking to it.

The screen shows a six-character code, you confirm it from the admin, and it claims itself into your account. No keyboard on a ceiling-mounted panel.

Publishing, pushing or re-assigning bumps the screen’s content version and it re-bootstraps in place. Nobody watches your lobby screen reload.

A heartbeat credits real uptime, and the player files what actually played and for how long. That is proof of play for an advertiser or a franchisor.

Content is cached on the device, so a screen plays through an outage instead of showing your customers an error page.

A live mirror of any screen beside its diagnostics: last ping, address, resolution, orientation, platform and version.

Restart, refresh and push content work with no broker at all. Brightness is native-only and says so rather than reporting a success it never got.

Throw one piece of content at one screen for a while. Revoke a device and it stops rendering and stops counting toward uptime.

Preview a template at true resolution, or ask a real device what it is showing right now.

Screens & Groups

Show a code on the glass. Confirm it. The screen is yours.

The Devices hub lists every connected screen with its status, location and assigned content. Groups make a floor, a building or a brand one target.

Activate

Pair a screen with a confirmation code. It comes online and starts rendering its assigned content.

Devices

Every connected screen in one hub: status, location, assigned content, last heartbeat.

Screen Groups

Group screens by location or purpose, so a floor, a building or a brand is one target.

Push

Push to the group and every screen in it updates, rather than each one in turn.

Content Schedules

Time windows per device or group. Timeline editor with schedule detail.

Content schedules control what plays on each screen and when. Create schedules with time windows and assign them to individual devices or screen groups. View and edit schedule details with a timeline interface.

Analytics

Per-screen display counts. Per-device uptime, credited from real heartbeats.

Fleet-wide totals, then the screens that explain them. Uptime is credited rather than assumed, so a screen that was dark reads as dark.

Analytics Overview

Fleet-wide totals: how many screens you have, how many are online and offline, impressions and errors this week, and average uptime.

Uptime

Credited from real heartbeats, with recorded days and incidents. A screen unplugged for days cannot claim that gap back.

Impressions

How many times each piece of content was displayed, on which screens, and in which time slots.

Approvals

Approve a waiting schedule and it becomes playable; reject it with a comment. An unapproved schedule never reaches a screen.

Reports

Per-screen operational performance reports. Rolls up impression and uptime data across the fleet.

TV Apps

A branded smart-TV app: design, content, preview, build, store listing, analytics.

Seven screens from first layout to viewership, on Apple TV, Fire TV and Android TV. A standalone TV application, separate from the signage designer.

Pricing

No setup cost. Pay when you start using.

Screen Designer
  • Visual editor with drag-and-drop composition, live data zones and branding, opening at the panel’s real resolution.
Live Data Boards
  • Menu, offers, directory, wayfinding, in-room guest, arrivals, kitchen orders, occupancy, room status and a review ticker, all reading your real records.
Emergency Alerts
  • Raise an alert over whatever is playing, targeted at screens or groups, and clear it back. The alert record is what a screen reads on every boot and heartbeat, so raising one never waits on the broker and a delivery is never assumed.
Templates
  • Display-owned template library for starting new screen designs.
Media Library
  • Central storage for images, videos, and graphics used across screens.
Playlists
  • Ordered media rotation with per-item dwell time for scheduled content.
Device Fleet

Screen Groups
  • Organize devices into groups by location or purpose. Push content to the group.
Three Screen Roles
  • Register a screen as operations (staff-facing boards), client (in-room and meeting rooms) or informational (lobby, common areas and advertising), and filter the fleet by which it is.
Content Schedules
  • Time-based content rotation per device or group. Timeline editor with schedule detail.
Impressions & Proof of Play
  • Per-screen impression tracking, uptime credited from real heartbeats, and a record of what actually played and for how long.
Publish
  • A screen gets a public address as well as paired hardware, so the same board can be opened without provisioning a device.
The Calisto Tab
  • Scope a screen to a branch and to the parts of your business its live zones should read.
Remote Connect
  • A live mirror of any screen with diagnostics, restart, refresh and content push, without walking to it.

Questions about Calisto Display

A zone is bound to a live record rather than filled with text. A menu price or a room status changes on the glass the moment it changes in the record, which removes the entire category of work where signage is re-typed.

Standard screens and players rather than a proprietary box. The board is published to an address, so the hardware requirement is a browser.

Yes. A zone can be designed content, live data, or both, so a board that is mostly brand with one live availability panel is a normal case rather than an exception.

Ethos runs the brand check inside the editor, and a governance lock in Blueprint holds the elements HQ needs identical across every site.

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. Display works without the rest of Calisto Nexus.

The designs and their assets export. The live bindings stop, because they were reading records rather than storing copies.
