Calisto Forms

Build a form for anything you need to collect.

Drag the fields onto a canvas, break it into pages, and publish it. What people send back becomes a record in the rest of your business, not a notification somebody re-types.

The Form App for Anything You Collect

What you build it with, what it takes in, where you put it, and what comes back.

0

fields and blocks you can place on a form

One

hub across all forms, responses, and analytics

Zero

manual data transfers from submission to action

Four

handoffs into Contacts, Deals, Agenda or Sign

Ten

ready-made templates that open as real forms

Six

funnel events tracked from view to completion

The form builder

Insert a field. Add a page. Build the form.

Seventeen input fields and three layout blocks, on a drag-and-drop canvas. An uploaded file lands in your shared file library rather than a form-only attachment store.

Field palette

Seventeen input fields, from a short answer to a signature, a payment or a calculation, plus three layout blocks.

Field settings

Label, hint, validation and required, in a panel beside the field you selected.

Pages and branching

Set what has to be true before someone advances, and send different answers down different paths.

Preview

See it exactly as a respondent will, on a desktop and on a phone.

AI and calculation

Let it draft the fields, then guard what comes in.

Describe the form and get draft fields back. Every submission is scored for spam before it reaches you.

Draft it, score it, and do the arithmetic for you.

AI builds the first draft and keeps the data clean afterwards. Under the stricter audit modes it switches itself off.

AI field suggestions

Describe what the form is for and get up to ten draft fields back. Accept them, edit them, or ask again.

AI spam protection

Clear spam is dropped, the uncertain middle waits in the approvals queue for a person, and the rest passes straight through.

AI follow-up

Writes the respondent a short reply on submission and keeps the thread on the response.

Calculation engine

Reference other fields, do the arithmetic, and recompute as the answers change.

Address autocomplete

Start typing and pick the real address from the suggestions.

Payments and signatures

Take the money and the signature in the form.

A payment field and a signature field, on the same canvas as the questions.

The builder tells you honestly whether this account has a gateway connected for forms, and which currency the charge will run in. It is your merchant account and your account’s own currency, never a hardcoded US dollar.

Sign with a finger, a mouse, a typed name or an uploaded image. A form that ends in a signature hands the completed document to Sign with its fields already filled.

Share and publish

Put it where the person filling it in already is.

One form, several ways out, all of them live at once.

Anyone can open it in a browser with no account. Pasted into a chat, it previews with the form’s own title and cover image rather than a bare URL.

A script tag renders the form inline on any website, and it adapts when it is inside a frame.

Generated from the Share tab. Print it, project it, or drop it into a deck.

Send the link straight from the Share tab.

A half-finished submission is kept, so somebody interrupted comes back to what they already typed instead of an empty page.

A form is a canvas, so the builders drop it onto a page, a kiosk or a portal as the same form, never a rebuilt copy.

Results and routing

What came back, and where it went.

Per-response detail, the page people gave up on, the A/B variants side by side, and signed webhooks that keep retrying for eight days.

Read it, test it, and send it onward.

Everything after somebody hits submit, on one screen. A submission does not stop there: four handoffs carry it into Contacts, Deals, Agenda or Sign as rules you can see and change outside this form.

Responses
Every submission with its field values, attachments and payment status. CSV export.
Summary
Field-level breakdowns and completion rates, page by page.
Experiments
Two versions at once. A respondent keeps the one they were given, so a reload cannot corrupt the result.
Webhooks
Signed, retried ten times over about eight days, with a delivery log and a test fire.
Audit modes
Log every response anyone opens, with who and when. The selected purview already scopes who can read them at all.

Audit Modes
  • Per-form modes that log every response opened, refuse a webhook URL failing a TLS check, and switch AI off. Behaviour settings, not a certification.
Funnel Analytics
  • Six events tracked: view, start, page advance, complete, abandon, error. Completions trend and per-step drop-off, per form and across the workspace.

Questions about Calisto Forms

Take a payment, capture a signature, run a calculation and validate an address, all on the same canvas. A form that ends in a payment and a signed record is a transaction rather than a submission.

Wherever the answer belongs: a lead into Deals, an intake onto the contact, a request into Dispatch. Routing is the point, because the alternative is an inbox of notifications somebody re-keys.

Yes, with multi-page branching underneath, so the variant being tested can be an entire path rather than a button colour.

Fields and logic rebuild quickly; historic responses import as records. What changes is the destination, since an imported response lands on a real record rather than in a spreadsheet.

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. There are no per-response fees, and Forms works without the rest of Calisto Work.

Yes, exportable in standard formats along with the signed and paid records they produced.
