WHAT DISPATCH TOOLS LACK

Field service needs more than dispatch

Scheduling and routing are table stakes. Growing a service business requires marketing to generate leads, proposals to close deals, a customer portal that builds trust, and communication tools that keep everyone connected, capabilities that Jobber and ServiceTitan weren't built for.

  • Customer Portal: Not a Payment Link

Jobber's "client hub" lets customers approve quotes and pay invoices. That's it. ServiceTitan has no real customer portal. Calisto Navigator gives every customer a full self-service portal: schedule and track appointments in real time, approve and sign proposals with legally binding e-signatures, track job progress with photos, pay invoices in one click and see the history, message their technician or the office, leave reviews, and request new service, all branded to your company.

  • Marketing Automation: Not a Basic Email Blast

Jobber has basic email campaigns. ServiceTitan has Marketing Pro at $500+/month extra. Calisto Studio is a full marketing automation engine included in every subscription. Automated drip campaigns, seasonal service reminders for HVAC tune-ups and gutter cleaning, review requests after job completion, referral incentives, win-back sequences for dormant customers, and audience segmentation by service type, location, and spend history.

  • VoIP Calling: Not a $500/Month Add-On

ServiceTitan charges hundreds per month for their VoIP add-on. Jobber has no calling at all. Calisto Voice is a native VoIP system included in every subscription. Call tracking, call recording, automated routing to the right technician or office, missed call detection with an automatic follow-up SMS, and every call logged against the customer's contact record and job file automatically.

Choose your processor. Not theirs.

Jobber pushes Jobber Payments with their processing fees. ServiceTitan locks you into their payment platform for premium features. Calisto connects to 75 payment gateways across 11 global regions. Collect deposits, charge on completion, split payments, and process financing with the processor you already trust.

Honest answers

Switching questions

What job types does Calisto support?

Calisto supports all field service trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, pool service, and more. Custom job forms, checklists, and workflows adapt to your trade. Equipment tracking, photo documentation, and progress invoicing work across all job types.

What about recurring service agreements?

Calisto handles recurring services natively through Pulse: maintenance agreements, subscription plans, seasonal service packages, and membership programs. Auto-scheduling, auto-invoicing, and renewal reminders are all included. Customers manage their agreements through the Navigator portal.

Can my subcontractors use the system?

Yes. Calisto's Vendor portal gives subcontractors their own login where they see assigned work orders, submit completion photos, log hours, and view payment status. No per-user fees for vendor accounts. You maintain full visibility into subcontractor work without sharing your entire system.

How does pricing work?

Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.

Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?

Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
