Can I manage boats, bikes, kayaks, and vehicles in one system?
Yes. Calisto handles any type of rental fleet: watercraft, bikes, e-bikes, scooters, ATVs, golf carts, vehicles, camping gear, and more. Each asset has its own maintenance schedule, damage history, and availability calendar. Multi-location fleets are supported natively.
What about security deposits and damage claims?
Calisto manages security deposits end-to-end: hold at checkout, photo-verified inspections at return, damage claim generation with evidence, partial or full deposit refund, and insurance documentation. Your processor of choice handles the actual hold and release.
Does Calisto handle delivery and pickup?
Yes. Calisto includes GPS-dispatched delivery logistics with route optimization, driver tracking, customer notifications, and photo-verified handoffs. Customers see real-time delivery status in their Navigator portal. No third-party delivery software needed.
How does pricing work?
Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 100 products with no feature restrictions. Core and Enterprise carry no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.
