Build an app today that your clients can use tomorrow.
A mobile app that works with all of your operational data inside Calisto Pro. Build in minutes with one of our templates. Customize everything with our builder.
An app that installs from a link, runs on their phone, and reads the records your team already works from.

My Apps
Every app you have built, each card carrying its tier, its build state and when it last changed.
Twenty-five starting points
A template gallery across eight industries, with the ones matching your business first.
Build it for me
Describe the app. Calisto reads what your business already has configured and assembles a first draft you then edit.
Compose the screens, arrange the tab bar, connect it to your own data.
Mobile screens in a visual editor with a live device preview, and one place for branding, locations and portals.
Set an address and turn the app on. Turning it off stops it serving. Publishing one app never touches another.
A scannable install code, a smart-banner line and an email invite you word yourself. Only links that actually resolve are offered.
Point your own domain at the app and mark one canonical, so the others redirect to it. DNS and SSL move through their states, and a domain that errors says why.
When a store listing matters, an intake collects what Calisto needs and submits the app you already designed to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts. The listing is yours.
Four ways to reach the people who have your app.
Push lands when the app is closed. In-app messages appear while someone is using it. Narrow either one with an audience rule built from behaviour, shared across every app you build.
Push Notifications
6 featuresTitle
Message
Image, from the Media Library
Audience
Schedule, or send now
Subscribers, active devices, sends and open rate
In-App Messages
5 featuresTitle, body and image
A button that goes somewhere
A label and a link, or neither, which makes it a message rather than a prompt.
When and where it shows
A start and end time, and the screen it appears on. Outside that window it stops on its own.
Who sees it
Everyone, or only viewers carrying a tag you choose.
What it did
Impressions, clicks and dismissals, posted back by the running app.
Audiences
6 featuresViewer tag
Last active, in days
Total sessions
Platform: iOS, Android or web
App version
Location
App Viewers
4 featuresInvite by email, pasted in any shape
Who joined, when, and when they were last seen
Targeting tag
Guest, member, tenant, participant, owner, vendor or client.
Never a role
The tag targets messages. It grants nothing: Calisto has no in-account permission tiers.
What the app is doing, and where it went wrong.
Usage split into a website view and an app view, and the app's own errors reported back with the device and version attached.
Sessions
Split into a website view and an app view, so the two audiences never blur into one number.
Active Users
Who opened the app in the period.
Screen Views
Total screen views across all users.
Retention
Day 1, day 7 and day 30.
Crash Insights
Groups the errors your app reported by what went wrong, worst first. Paid add-on.
Listing Copy
Keyword and description suggestions for your store metadata, written for you to paste in. Paid add-on.
What your customer actually opens.
A real installable app, not a bookmark: it survives a bad connection, asks to go on the home screen, and lets someone browse without an account until there is a reason to sign in.
Where Apps touches everything else.
5 of these 8 connections are in your plan today. The rest stay visible so you know the instrument is there before you need it.
Bookings
Booking screens in an app read live availability and write into the shared bookings model.
Sites
Build Website opens the same id in Sites, and the commerce availability toggle writes the shared sites commerce endpoint.
Navigator
Embedded portals inside an app are Navigator portals; the portal card deep-links into the Navigator portal builder and Navigator owns the records.
Orderflow
Shipping and payment options shown on the commerce status table are configured in Orderflow.
Campaigns
Push notifications reach installed devices; email and SMS journeys to the same audience are run from Campaigns.
Ethos
Product feeds referenced by the commerce and operations hubs are managed in Ethos.
Display
The branded smart-TV app builder lives in Display; Apps builds the phone and tablet surface.
Station
An app and a station can be published from the same account against the same catalog, one for the customer and one for the counter.
No setup cost. Pay when you start using.
Mobile sites for customers who live on a phone.

- My Apps, showing each app’s tier, build state and when it last changed. Group them into projects when one account runs several.
- A template gallery across eight industries, with the ones matching your business first.
- Build it for me: describe the app and edit the draft that comes back, screens and navigation included.
- The visual editor with its tab bar panel, the shared block palette, phone and tablet breakpoints, and up to five bottom tabs.
- Scope the app to a branch and to the parts of your business it should serve. Add a capability and its blocks are written into the app.
- One app, many locations. Each property carries its own colour and content, and the app themes to whichever one the user picks on first launch.
- Carry your Navigator portals inside the app and choose which one it opens to. Navigator still owns the portal.
- Logo, colour, typography and dark mode with a live preview, seeded from your brand kit. Design opens from the paintbrush, never as a tab.
- Identity: name, short name, description, icon, address and status, edited from the cog beside the title.
- A public address with a QR code, and a status badge that follows it. Turning the app off stops it serving, and publishing one app never touches another.
- Install links, a smart-banner line and an email invite you word yourself. Only links that actually resolve are offered.
- Your own domain, with one marked canonical so the others redirect to it, and DNS and SSL states shown as they move. A domain that errors says why.
- The app in a device frame using its real design and identity, switchable between phone and tablet and between light and dark. The tabs in the frame are the tabs you configured.
- An app and a website can be the same thing under the hood, so what you built here opens in Sites and you carry on rather than starting a second project.
- Keep more than one set of screens and choose which one the published app serves, without rebuilding it.
- Title, message, image from the Media Library, audience, and send now or schedule.
- A scheduled send waits in a queue you can still edit or cancel until a worker drains it.
- Dashboard counts for total subscribers, active devices, notifications sent, and open rate.
- Title, body and an optional image, with a button that takes a label and a link, or neither.
- A start and end time it lives between and the screen it appears on. Outside that window it stops on its own.
- Everyone by default, or only viewers carrying a tag you choose.
- Impressions, clicks and dismissals posted back by the running app.
- Segment by viewer tag, days since last active, total sessions, platform, app version and location. Segments are shared across every app you build.
- Invite by email in any paste format; each person gets a real one-time sign-in code.
- The roster: who joined, when, and when they were last seen in the app.
- Tag a viewer as guest, member, tenant, participant, owner, vendor or client. The tag targets messages and grants nothing.
- Sessions, active users, screen views and day 1 / 7 / 30 retention, split into a website view and an app view.
- Crash reports grouped by fingerprint with the device and app version attached.
- Installable from a browser, anonymous browsing first, one-time-code sign-in, a first-launch property picker, and push opt-in offered rather than assumed.
- Optional store publishing through the intake, using your own Apple and Google developer accounts, with build status tracked for you.
- Grouping across the errors your app reported, plus store-listing copy written for you to paste into the listing. Available as a paid add-on.
- The capabilities your app can reach, each one opening the product that owns it. Marketplaces, shipping, payments and feeds are pointed at rather than reimplemented here.
- A setup guide you can dismiss for good, the two or three things worth picking back up, and a timeline of what has happened on this app.
- A five-step wizard: name the app, upload its icon, choose a template, configure push, then build and review. It resumes where you left it and does not re-run once finished.
- Invite someone to an app with view, comment or edit access and revoke it later. Access levels are the whole model; there are no account roles to administer.
- Per app or per account: identity, general, language and region, branding, push defaults, analytics and crash alerts, with a danger zone that resets only after you confirm.
- The marketplaces, shipping options and payment methods your account has connected, read straight from the apps that own them.
- The one thing that is genuinely per app: whether checkout shows buy-now-pay-later.
Questions about Calisto Apps
No. You publish to an address people install from a browser, which is why an update ships when you publish it rather than when a review queue clears. That is the whole point of the delivery model.
Your own. The screens bind to the records your team already works from, so a booking, an order or a membership shown in the app is the same record rather than a copy synchronised on a schedule.
No. The screens are composed in a visual editor and the bottom tab bar is arranged the same way. What needs engineering is the data model, and that already exists because the rest of the platform is using it.
Yes. A customer app, a partner app and a staff app are separate surfaces scoped to different data and audiences, each published to its own address.
The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. There is no per-install or per-active-user fee, and Apps works without the rest of Calisto Nexus.
The published address stops serving and the underlying records stay yours, exportable in standard formats. The app is a surface over your data rather than the place your data lives.
