Calisto Ethos

Brand guard for everything your business publishes.

A brand guard that works inside every app in Calisto Pro that reaches a customer. Set your colours, fonts, logos, voice and terminology once. The check runs in the editor when you ask for it, and on the way out whether you ask or not.

15 apps carry the brand check · Two modes: flag it, or block it · One audit trail behind every check

The fonts, not a note about them

The faces as files, so a deck built off the platform still sets in your type.

One current version

Replace an asset and the old file stops being the one people find.

The kit the apps read

These are the files the editors theme from, not a copy kept alongside for humans.

Brand Guard

Not a review step afterwards. Inside the editor, and at the exit.

It reads tone, terminology, formatting, colour, font and logo usage against the rules you set, while the work is happening and again on the way out.

Enforcement

Decide once what happens when something is off-brand.

Brand Guard always identifies the drift. What the platform does about it is one setting in Ethos, applied to every app that puts something in front of a customer.

Alert

The violation is recorded and handed back to the editor. The person sees which rules tripped and decides.

The setting to start on. It builds the trail and shows you where the brand actually breaks.

Block

The send is refused. The reply does not go, the campaign does not dispatch, the envelope stays a draft.

One control, every app at once. Turn it on and all five start refusing the same afternoon.

One trail
The gate sits before the first write, so a refusal leaves the draft a draft and still editable. A check that cannot run records itself inconclusive and the send proceeds.

A check that cannot run never blocks

If the engine is unavailable, or you have not written your brand rules yet, the send goes through and is recorded as unchecked rather than as a pass. Refusing your mail because our checker had a bad minute is an outage, not a brand policy.

Brand Score

One number for how consistent the brand actually is.

A live score for the account, broken down by voice, visual, colour, font and disclosure. It moves as work passes and fails, so it reads as a trend rather than a verdict.

Brand Audit

See which product is drifting the most.

Every check any app runs is written to one log, and Brand Audit reads it back grouped by product.

A design tool, a website builder and a document editor each carry their own score, read off the same log. You can see which is drifting without opening any of them.

Each product carries whether its score is climbing or falling. A number sliding for a month does not read the same as one that dipped yesterday.

Review responses, conversation tone and the palette on the viewer apps report in here too. No integration produces a single score across products; one shared log does.

The audit ranks which rules are failing, which is what turns a low score into something you can act on.

Governance

Work through what the checks turned up.

A finding has to end somewhere. It lands in a log, goes through a queue, and shows up in the report. A violation is resolvable or waivable, the waiver carries its reason, and correcting the rule at source is what stops it arriving again.

Brand Violations

A cross-product log of every place content drifted from your rules.

Approvals

One queue for what needs a look: unpublished people profiles and failed brand checks.

A violation is resolvable or waivable, and the waiver carries a reason. Correcting the definition rather than the artwork is what stops it arriving again.
Settings

Correct the brand from wherever you noticed it.

There is one brand record. Every app reads it directly and the settings block edits it in place, so a correction is a correction rather than the start of a sync.

Business identity, brand kit and locale, edited from the settings block in whichever app you are already in. It writes to the one shared account model, so there is nothing to push anywhere afterwards.

People Are Brands

Sometimes the brand is not a company. It is a person.

A content creator's profile is their brand. So is an agent's, a coach's and a performer's. A brokerage has a brand and every agent carries it. Ethos handles both, because brand identity was never limited to company logos.

People Profiles

Build the page one section at a time.

For a creator, an agent, or a coach, the person is the brand. Build a public profile page, publish it, and share it.

Compose the profile

Turn on the sections the person needs and order them. Bio, photos, portfolio, credentials, contact and a call to action are all optional.

Brand Guidelines
  • Brand identity reference: colors, fonts, logos, voice. Sourced from your marketing profile in Command.
  • Colours carry their hex values, logos carry every variant, and fonts carry the rules for using them, so the answer to "which one on a dark background" is on the page rather than in somebody’s head.
Brand Assets
  • Downloadable library of your logos and fonts, sourced from Command. Download action on every stored file.
  • A logos table and a fonts table that partners, agencies and teammates browse themselves.
  • Every logo with a stored file has a Download action on its row, in the format it was saved in.
Brand Guard
  • Live brand-consistency score, aggregated from the brand-check audit trail so it moves as your published content does.
  • Pre-flight text checker: paste copy in and read pass or fail per rule, with the specific feedback for each.
Enforcement Mode
  • One account-wide setting deciding what an off-brand result does: alert and record it, or refuse the send until it is fixed. Applies to mail, support replies, campaigns, envelopes and social posts at once.
Exit Checks
  • The check runs on send and publish without anyone pressing it, in Mail, Inbox and Desk, Campaigns, Sign and Impreta. A refusal happens before the write, so a blocked send leaves a draft a draft.
Brand Violations
  • Violations log tracking where content has drifted from brand rules across the platform.
  • Each entry carries product, rule, severity, detail and status. Resolve or waive an open one, with a note, and it leaves the queue.
Brand Audit
  • Cross-product compliance scan across the entire Calisto platform. Published content checked against guidelines.
People Profiles
  • Eighteen section types, dragged into the order you want, with a light, dark or custom theme. Public page at a shareable URL.
  • Sections run from a biography and photographs to a portfolio, credentials, video, services, booking details and technical requirements.
  • The theme inherits the brand kit rather than asking anyone to pick colours by hand.
  • Each published profile has its own public page at /p/:slug, viewable without a login, with a copyable link and an embed snippet.
Profile Assets
  • Per-person downloadable media: headshots, stage photos, portfolios, one-sheets.
Communications
  • Write an announcement from a saved template and email it out from the profile it concerns. Social posting needs a connected account.
Public Directory
  • A public roster of your published people, with Featured and Visibility controls, and an embed code for a site you run elsewhere.
  • Listed by name, role and tagline, every entry derived from a People Profile.
Electronic Press Kit
  • A public press kit page for a person: bio, photos, video, dates, downloads, links and booking enquiries, with its own theme and share metadata.
Approvals
  • Brand approval queue: unpublished profiles and failed brand checks routed for review.
  • Review deep-links to the screen that owns the item, so publishing the profile or fixing the content happens where it belongs.
Reports
  • Overall score, checks analysed, on-brand against off-brand, a per-dimension breakdown, and your most-tripped rules.
  • Dimensions are voice, visual, colour, font and disclosure.
Settings
  • Edit the shared brand identity every app reads, and set the default brand voice, profile boilerplate and media-contact categories.
  • Business identity, brand kit and locale write to the shared account record rather than a copy of it, so nothing is re-entered anywhere else.
  • A default reading level applies to voice checks alongside the default brand voice.

Questions about Calisto Ethos

Tone, terminology, formatting, colour, font and logo usage, against the rules you wrote. It runs inside the editors where the work happens, and again at the exit when something is sent or published, rather than as a review step after the fact.

Your choice, in one setting. Alert records the violation and hands it back to the editor with the rules that tripped. Block refuses the send until it is fixed. The setting applies to every app at once, so you are not configuring the same policy in eleven places.

Fifteen carry it. Mail, Desk and Inbox for messages, Campaigns for sends, Sign for envelopes, Studio and Impreta for creative, Docs, Slides, Sheets and Forms for documents, and all seven Nexus surface builders for anything a customer looks at on a screen.

The send goes through and the result is recorded as unchecked, never as a pass. Refusing your mail because our checker had a bad minute would be an outage rather than a brand policy, and an audit trail that claims a perfect score for something nobody looked at is worse than no audit trail.

Purview declares the brand identity at no additional cost. Ethos enforces what Purview declared. Change a colour once, in any app that shows the shared settings block, and every check, every surface and every editor picks it up. There is no second copy to keep in sync.

Public pages for the people who embody the brand, because for a creator, an agent or a coach the person is the brand. Eighteen kinds of section, dragged into the order you want, a light, dark or custom theme, and a public URL anybody can open without an account. Plus press kits and a published directory.

Yes. One log of every check any app has ever run, in standard formats, with the product and the rule that caught each one. It is also what the score, the per-product drift and the most-tripped rules are computed from.

Yes, per brand per month. The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. The suite is the cheaper path if you are also running campaigns, referrals, reputation and social on the same brand.
