One row per person

Somebody who reached you four different ways is one line carrying four badges, so you see a person waiting rather than four things to deal with.

The channel is a filter

Narrow to email, or to WhatsApp, and you are looking at the same people with less of what they said. The filter changes what you see, never who.

An unread count you can act on

One pill per person, so the number on screen is how many people are waiting on you rather than how many messages are sitting in a folder.

Open the name

Everything you have said to them.

Click a name anywhere and the whole relationship slides out: every email, message, voicemail and meeting you have shared, in order, with the files that came with them. Any line opens the real thread in the app that owns it, so nothing on this card is a stale copy of something else.

The contact list underneath is Orbit, and the files are held in Depot. Link is what puts the conversation on top of both.

Every channel, in order

Emails, messages, voicemails and meetings read as one sequence, so the last thing that happened with somebody is one look rather than four.

Who this actually is

Active bookings, recent orders, membership and access sit beside the timeline. The timeline tells you when; this tells you who you are dealing with.

One click to the original

Any line opens the real thread in the app that owns it. Nothing was copied here, so nothing here can be out of date.

The files came too

Whatever you exchanged is on the same card, whichever channel carried it.

Verified in place

The identity badge expands where it sits. Confirming who somebody is never sends you to another app.

The same card everywhere

Click a name in any conversation and this is what opens, whether they are a customer or a colleague.

Calls

The voicemail is on the row, not on a handset.

A voicemail and the notes taken on a call sit in the person's timeline beside the emails and the messages, so what was said out loud is part of the record rather than something one person remembers. It is there for every contact you have, not only the ones somebody thought to file.

Confirmed the 23rd works. Agreed to hold the reduced rate for the next two orders. He is bringing in a second site in September and wants the same terms.

Files

The attachment is where the conversation is.

Every file that arrived in any channel is filed against the person who sent it and the hub it belongs to. The signed contract that came by email and the photograph that came over WhatsApp are in the same place, next to the exchange that carried them.

Your team and your customers

What they asked and what you decided, in one sequence.

The internal thread, the meeting where it was settled and the message that started it read in order, on the same timeline. Whoever picks the account up next can see how the decision was reached, not just what was sent back.

Type once. It leaves the way they arrived.

Ask what happened

A summary that read everything.

Ask what was agreed with someone and the answer is drawn from the whole relationship at once: the emails, the voicemail, the notes from the meeting and every message in between. The things decided out loud carry the same weight as the things put in writing, because both are on the row the summary reads.

You askedWhat did we agree with Marcus Rivera?
Summary
  • Pricing for the July order was agreed at the reduced rate, confirmed verbally on the call of 12 June and not restated in writing.
  • Delivery moved from the 20th to the 23rd at their request, raised first over WhatsApp and settled in the Thursday meeting.
  • The signed scope is the revised version attached on 14 June, not the draft circulated the week before.

Nothing underneath changes

Your mail is still your mail.

Link sits over the apps you already run and leaves every one of them exactly as it is. Nothing is migrated, nothing is rewritten and no message is copied into a second place. Each app keeps doing its own job; Link is the layer that reads across all of them.

It compounds

Every app you add fills in the same row.

Mail, Inbox, Voice, Live and Equipo all write to the person you are looking at. Run one of them and you have what they wrote. Run all five and you have the relationship, including the calls and the conversations your own team had about it.

Everything. One Price.

Everything included in Calisto Link.

The unified inbox
  • One stream, one row per person, with every channel that person used folded into a badge strip.
  • A filter rail across email, WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Facebook, website chat, OTA, team, calls and meetings, each with a live count.
  • An unread pill per person, and an unread filter that narrows to the people still waiting on a reply.
  • Selecting anyone opens their thread in the same panel, with no per-channel switch.
  • Older per-channel links keep working and land on this inbox with the filter already applied.
Internal team messaging
  • One-to-one conversations and group threads with anyone in your organization.
  • Named channels for topic-based discussion.
  • Threaded replies that keep a side conversation out of the main view.
  • Real-time delivery over server-sent events, with typing indicators.
  • Mentions of a person or a channel, with searchable history.
  • Emoji reactions, pinned messages, and edit or delete with the trail preserved.
  • File sharing from the composer, with images previewed inline.
  • Presence showing who is online, away, or on do-not-disturb.
Customer messaging
  • WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, OTA, website chat, voice and reviews in one stream.
  • Channel filter chips to isolate one channel or view them all together.
  • A reply composer that routes the response back through the channel the customer used.
  • Status of open, pending or resolved, and assignment to a teammate.
  • Internal notes on any conversation, visible to your team and never to the customer.
  • Saved replies with an optional channel scope, insertable into any thread.
Mail
  • Your mail in the unified inbox, over the Calisto Mail engine.
  • System and custom folders with unread counts.
  • Thread reader with full HTML rendering, inline images and attachments.
  • Compose, reply, reply all and forward, with CC, BCC and saved signatures.
  • Star, archive, delete and bulk actions, with pagination and search.
  • Draft auto-save, and incoming mail matched to a contact automatically.
Calls and voicemail
  • Voicemail on the person’s row, with transcription, for every contact rather than a filed few.
  • The notes taken on a call, filed against the person they were with.
  • A call log of incoming, outgoing and missed calls with timestamps, duration and contact name.
  • Click to call from the browser, placed through Calisto Voice.
Meetings
  • Meeting list filterable by status, with date, time and participants.
  • Meeting detail with agenda, notes, participant list and recording.
  • One-click join for a live meeting, in the browser with nothing to install.
  • Schedule a meeting with date, time, participants and agenda, then edit or cancel.
  • Start an instant meeting, or open a Live room without leaving Link.
The contact card
  • Click any name anywhere and the card opens.
  • Every mode on one timeline: messages, emails, voicemails, call notes and meetings.
  • A customer footprint panel of active bookings, recent orders, membership and access.
  • An identity verification badge that expands in place rather than sending you elsewhere.
  • Every line deep-links to the original in the app that owns it.
AI summaries
  • Summarize a relationship across every channel at once, on request.
  • The summary reads the same unified thread you are looking at, so calls and meetings count as much as email.
  • Draft a reply from the thread, which you edit before anything sends.
Search and notifications
  • A search palette on Cmd+K, querying chat, customer messaging, meetings and calls at once.
  • Full-text ranking with highlighted snippets, grouped by mode, driven entirely from the keyboard.
  • The shared platform notification bell, aggregating unread activity across Interact into one badge.
  • Every notification deep-linked to its source.
  • One presence system, wherever a colleague’s name appears.
Settings and team
  • Notification toggles per mode, plus mentions-only, sound, desktop and an email digest cadence.
  • Email signature sent as your own identity, and an auto-reply that persists until you turn it off.
  • Default presence and working hours, so availability follows the schedule.
  • Channel routing rules that send a channel to a named teammate.
  • A live team roster keyed on the one identity, with click to compose.
  • Config cards that link out to Mail, Inbox, Voice, Live and Equipo rather than keeping a second copy of their settings.
People and files
  • An add-only people directory over the shared contact list, searchable by name, email, phone or organization.
  • Sort by name, recency or frequency, and add a contact inline. Full management lives in the address book.
  • Every file exchanged in any channel, organized by hub and held in Depot.
How it fits
  • Mail, Inbox, Voice, Live and Equipo write here as things happen. Nothing is imported and nothing is copied.
  • Every interaction is stored against the shared contact record the rest of the platform reads.
  • None of the five apps changes to make this work, and each keeps its own features on its own terms.

Questions about Calisto Link

Inbox is the customer conversation across public channels. Link is every conversation with a person, including team chat, email, calls and meetings, as one row per person with the channel as a filter rather than as another app.

No. There is one message store underneath, so Link is a view over it. That is why nothing is out of date and nothing exists twice.

Yes. A Voice call logs itself and a Live meeting arrives with its recording and summary, so the last thing that happened with a person is one lookup regardless of how it happened.

Mostly no, because Link reads what the connected channels already hold. Connecting Mail, Voice and the customer channels is what populates it.

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority. Link works without the rest of Calisto Interact.

Yes, with the records it reads, in standard formats.
