Questions About Switching

How do we bring our Virtuagym data over?

Export your members from Virtuagym as a file and bring them in under Members, Import: each membership is recorded as already under way, with its join date, next billing date and any freeze. Passes already part-used come in under Pass Holders, Import. Calisto has no direct Virtuagym connector.

What do our members use?

They use Calisto Active, which is free to the person. In it they book classes, courts and appointments, hold their passes, follow the workouts and programs their coach assigns, and join challenges.

Can we coach in person and online?

Yes. A coach assigns programs, workouts, habits and meal plans, logs an in-person session set by set, and the same pass can pay for coaching delivered either way.
