Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

Export your data from Tradify and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from Tradify can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching
How do we bring our Tradify data over?
Export your customers and jobs from Tradify to CSV or Excel and drop the files into the switch tool. Customers come in as clients and jobs as work orders. Calisto has no direct Tradify connector.
Do our subcontractors need their own account?
Each subcontractor signs in to Calisto with their own account and joins your team by your invitation. You assign them tasks, and you pay them by statement from Invoices.
What happens to our recurring jobs?
Each one is set up again in Work Orders, on its Recurring lens, or as a membership whose included tasks go on the calendar when the client joins.
