Export your Members and Reservations from Spacebring. Members come in by import with their Company and what is left of their allowances, and Reservations are brought in from your current software under Reservations ▸ Import.
What happens to our doors and Check-In?
With Access, each Member's doors follow their standing the moment it changes, and Access zones set the floors, rooms and hours a Plan opens. The front desk checks Members in at the door or with the phone camera, and Here Now shows who is in.
How do Day Passes work in Calisto compared with Spacebring?
A Day Pass can be for a day, a half-day or a few hours, in a shared area or with a room reserved, with a daily limit and guest WiFi. Issued passes show who holds each and whether they came in, and anyone can buy one online when you turn it on.
