Questions about switching

How do I bring my Members over from Optix?

Export your Members and Reservations from Optix. Members come in by import with their Company and what is left of their allowances, and Reservations are brought in from your current software under Reservations ▸ Import.

What happens to our doors and Check-In?

With Access, each Member's doors follow their standing the moment it changes, and Access zones set the floors, rooms and hours a Plan opens. The front desk checks Members in at the door or with the phone camera, and Here Now shows who is in.

Optix has an automation builder. What runs automatically in Calisto?

Carrying out what a Member agreed to runs on its own: renewals charged on their date, doors following standing, a Day Pass's guest WiFi code and cleaning after each Reservation. Messages and notices are Automations rules, and anything acting against a Member, such as suspending for a failed payment, stays off until you turn it on.
