Questions about switching

How do I bring my Members over from OfficeRnD Flex?

Export your Members and Reservations from OfficeRnD Flex. Members come in by import with their Company and what is left of their allowances, and Reservations are brought in from your current software under Reservations ▸ Import.

What happens to our doors and Check-In?

With Access, each Member's doors follow their standing the moment it changes, and Access zones set the floors, rooms and hours a Plan opens. The front desk checks Members in at the door or with the phone camera, and Here Now shows who is in.

How do Space Tours work compared with OfficeRnD Flex's tour form?

A Space Tour is an Appointment with the team member who gives it. The team books one from an Inquiry with Book a Tour, and a prospect's own request is accepted, declined or answered with another time. Today shows each day's tours and who gives them.
