Questions About Switching
How do we bring our Glofox data over?
Export your members from Glofox as a file and bring them in under Members, Import: each membership is recorded as already under way, with its join date, next billing date and any freeze. Passes already part-used come in under Pass Holders, Import. Calisto has no direct Glofox connector.
What do our members use?
They use Calisto Active, which is free to the person. In it they book classes, courts and appointments, hold their passes, follow the workouts and programs their coach assigns, and join challenges.
Can the front desk run from Fit alone?
Yes. A front desk associate signs in to Fit in a browser and works Today, Check-In, the Register with its drawer, the calendar, the members and the Kids Club.
