Questions about switching

How do we bring our Gigwell data over?

Export your bookings report from Gigwell's Reports tab as CSV and drop it into the switch tool. Artists come in as contacts and events as Talent bookings. The switch tool reads the file and does not connect to your Gigwell account.

Do ticket counts still come in from buyers?

Yes. Each date the buyer sells gets a count-report link for its box office, or the counts are typed in. Asking for counts on a schedule is an Automations rule.

How do signatures and deposits work?

A Proposal carries the quote, the e-signature and the deposit on one link, with Proposals and Sign, paid through your business's own payment gateway. Later installments show under Payments, Due.
