How do we bring our Aimharder data over?
Export your members from Aimharder as a file and bring them in under Members, Import: each membership is recorded as already under way, with its join date, next billing date and any freeze. Passes already part-used come in under Pass Holders, Import. Calisto has no direct Aimharder connector.
Do class partner bookings still reach our classes?
Wellhub's bookings land in Fit's class roster through Sync, and ClassPass is connected on request. Both are set up in Sync, Connections, Class partners.
What do our members use?
They use Calisto Active, which is free to the person. In it they book classes, courts and appointments, hold their passes, follow the workouts and programs their coach assigns, and join challenges.
