Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

Export your data from ZapSign and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.

Questions about switching
Can I bring my templates with me?
Yes. Upload your documents as PDFs (a Word file or a photo is converted to PDF on upload), place Signature, Initials, Date, Date Signed, Text and Checkbox fields, and assign them to numbered signer roles. Agreement templates can also be written as words, with starter wording, so no PDF is needed.
How do my signers prove who they are?
Each signer can have their own access code that is never emailed, with a lockout after five wrong tries. Before signing you can also require an ID check with liveness, or ID plus AML screening, for every signer or only people outside the business.
Can I send one document to many people?
Yes. Bulk Send takes one template or PDF and a list of people, and each person gets their own envelope, chased and sealed on its own.
