Questions about switching
What happens to tickets I already sold on Weezevent?
They stay with Weezevent. The Calisto door admits the tickets Calisto sold or issued, and tickets cannot be imported, so a switch is simplest from the next event, set up fresh in Ticket Setup.
Will my access control work the same way after leaving Weezevent?
The door stands at a zone such as the floor or a VIP lounge, scans in and out, and follows each zone's re-entry rule. It runs in the browser on any phone and keeps working with no signal, sending its scans when the signal returns.
Can I keep selling on my own website?
Yes, when the website is built with Sites. It sells through the same checkout on the business's own domain. A widget for a website built elsewhere is not offered.
