Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.
From an export file
Export your data from VistaCreate and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from VistaCreate can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching
Can I bring my VistaCreate designs?
Not as VistaCreate files. Download a design as a PDF and drop it into Studio: each page becomes an editable design, its words stay text and its pictures are stored as your own files.
Is there a stock library?
Yes. The Media Library searches stock photography from the editor, and each picture you pick is copied into your own files so the design keeps it.
Can I make video from a design?
Yes, with Clips. Create Video opens the design in the media editor with every page as a clip and its motion kept, then adds titles, music and captions and makes an MP4.
Does Studio print and deliver my designs?
No. Studio exports a print-ready PDF with bleed, crop marks, registration marks and color bars for the printer you already use. It does not take print orders.
