Which review sites come into the inbox?
Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp and Tripadvisor connect and sync every hour, and Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia reviews arrive through the channel manager with stay dates and category ratings. Other sites, including trade and law-firm directories, are set up on request.
How are directories other than Google kept up to date?
Google is measured and pushed from each place's page. Every other directory, such as Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp and Foursquare, is a guided task with the exact details and copy buttons, marked done, and reopened when the place's details change.
How is local rank measured?
Each keyword is measured weekly on Google from a 3x3 grid around each place, with its history kept and a notice when the rank changes.
