Questions about switching
Can I import my Ticket Tailor attendee list into Calisto Tickets?
No. Tickets has no import. Ticket types are set up fresh in Ticket Setup, holders arrive as they buy, and the box office adds a ticket by hand, paid in cash, by bank transfer or by mobile money, or awaiting payment.
Do payments still go straight to my own account?
Yes. Tickets are paid through the business's own gateway, with Payments, including region-native gateways and their local methods. Each ticket type carries its own currency, and amounts are never converted.
Can buyers manage their own tickets like they did on Ticket Tailor?
Yes. Each ticket has its own page where the holder shows the door's code, adds it to their phone's wallet, passes it on, sends it again, takes it back or asks for a refund.
