Questions about switching

Can buyers still pay with Pix and boleto after switching from Sympla?

Yes, where the business's gateway offers them. Calisto connects region-native gateways with their local methods, and each ticket type is sold in its own currency, never converted.

How does check-in at the gates work after leaving Sympla?

Each gate stands at a zone, and a ticket type admits only to the zones it is sold for. The door scans on any phone in the browser, keeps working with no signal, and the live door counts who is in.

Can I move my Sympla participants into Calisto Tickets?

No. Tickets has no import. Tickets already sold on Sympla are admitted with Sympla's own check-in, and the Calisto door admits the tickets Calisto sells or issues, so a switch is simplest from the next event.
