What moves

Bringing your data from Softr

Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

From an export file

Export your data from Softr and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.

Any spreadsheet you export from Softr can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching

How do I move my Softr clients into Navigator?

Invite each client by email to their portal. They get an invitation code and link, a reminder on day 3 and day 7, and sign in with a single-use emailed link, so nobody has to set a password.

Can I keep the domain my Softr portal uses?

Yes. Each Navigator portal can run on its own custom domain, so you point the domain you already use at the new portal and clients keep the same address.

What happens to the data my portal showed from spreadsheets?

Navigator shows each client their own records from Calisto apps, such as bookings, invoices, documents and projects, so the portal reads the records your business already keeps in Calisto instead of a separate sheet.
