Do my Salto locks come over?
Salto KS locks connect through Salto's own cloud, so Calisto Access opens them remotely and records their events. Salto KS issues its own PINs, so a code Calisto chose is refused there and Access tells you why. Locks on Salto Space or another on-premises system stay where they are, and you record each key by hand in Access.
How do my people and their access come over?
People come from the business's shared contacts, never a separate list in Access. You then give them Zone Access grants or profiles on Schedules, and Access puts their credentials on every door through one door sync.
What happens to visitors?
Visitors move into one form: Here Now records a walk-in and checks it against the Watchlist, and Expected Later sends an invite with a pre-registration link and QR that reception scans on arrival.
Does Access handle lockdowns and evacuations?
Yes. Alerts holds your lockdown, evacuation and shelter-in-place protocols, sends each door its command, shows what every door answered and opens a roll call that marshals can mark with no signal.
