Questions about switching

Can I keep my tablets?

Yes. Any tablet opens your kiosk address and is locked with its own operating system's kiosk mode, and nothing is installed on it. A screen that takes cards pairs a certified cloud card terminal from your own payment provider.

Where do check-ins, orders and sign-ins go?

Into the app that runs that job: a hotel check-in is the stay's in Stays, an order goes to Orderflow, a member's visit is Registry's and a visitor is Access's. A kiosk keeps no records of its own.

How do I set up the first screen?

Make a kiosk, or Set Up Every Kiosk for your kind of business, then open yourname.calistokiosks.com on the tablet and sign in, or approve it from your phone, and choose the kiosk it runs.
