Bringing your data from Purple
Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

Export your data from Purple and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.

Questions about switching
Does my existing hardware work?
Yes, in most cases. Meraki, UniFi, Omada, Aruba, RUCKUS, Juniper Mist, Fortinet, Cambium and the other connected systems send guests to your Calisto sign-in page, and a router with no connector still runs Open or Shared Password with its own setup steps.
What happens to my guest list?
Bring the contacts you hold into the business's shared contacts in Deals (Settings, Import & Data, Import Contacts). A guest who later signs in with the same email lands on that contact rather than a new one.
Can my team use the same WiFi without the shared password?
Yes. Put a network on Personal Logins and each person joins with their own Calisto password through Calisto RADIUS. Someone leaving never means a new password for everyone.
How do marketing emails work?
Turn on the marketing box in Settings, Privacy, and guests who tick it can be sent to a Campaigns list or Circle by the shipped Automations rules. A guest who does not tick it is never sent marketing.
