Bringing your data from Outlook
Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.
From an export file
Export your data from Outlook and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from Outlook can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Do my tasks, calendar and contacts come over?
When your business moves to Calisto from Microsoft 365, sign in to your work account as yourself and your own tasks, calendar and contacts come over. A contact book also comes in from a CSV or vCard file, events from an .ics file, and tasks from a CSV file through Import Tasks.
Can I keep the calendar I already use?
Yes. Connect that mailbox in Mail and its calendar syncs with yours both ways, every five minutes, the newest change winning. A calendar you only follow comes in by its address.
What does Agenda add?
Every task given to you in every business you are connected to sits beside your own, each row naming its business, and a task from another business is marked done where you are. A business can give you a task only after you accept its invitation. Your booking pages can be free, paid in full or as a deposit, or held on a card, under a cancellation policy.
