Questions about switching

Do my Kisi doors come over?

Calisto reaches locks only through their manufacturer's cloud (TTLock, Nuki, igloohome, Salto KS, Tuya, SmartThings) or MQTT. A business that keeps Kisi on its doors records each key in Access by hand; doors moved to a connected lock are run by Access directly.

How do my users and groups come over?

People come from the business's shared contacts. Kisi groups become profiles or Zone Access grants, and each place becomes a Location with its zones.

What happens to visitors?

Visitors move into Access: Here Now records a walk-in and checks the Watchlist, Expected Later sends an invite with a link and QR, and a kiosk can sign visitors in and print their badge.

Does Access do lockdowns?

Yes. Alerts holds lockdown, evacuation and shelter-in-place protocols, arms one from the desk or a phone, shows what each door answered and opens a roll call that works with no signal.
