What moves

Bringing your data from IronWiFi

Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

From an export file

Export your data from IronWiFi and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.

Any spreadsheet you export from IronWiFi can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching

Does my existing hardware work?

Personal Logins needs a router that runs WPA2/3-Enterprise against an outside RADIUS server, which Calisto RADIUS is. The connected systems, including Meraki, UniFi, Omada, MikroTik, Aruba and RUCKUS, also serve your Calisto sign-in page.

Do my users need a new password?

No. Each person joins with their own Calisto email and password, turned on once in their own account, and it stays in step with every password change. Someone with no Calisto account uses a code.

What happens to my guest list?

Bring the contacts you hold into the business's shared contacts in Deals (Settings, Import & Data, Import Contacts). A guest who later signs in with the same email lands on that contact rather than a new one.
