Why businesses switch
Why businesses switch from Harvest to Calisto Velocity
Approve, bill and get paid in one loop
Hours and expenses are approved, put on the invoice and paid in the same place, and your clients pay with the local payment methods they already use.
Planning included
Capacity, allocations and who is free next week are part of Velocity, not a second product to buy and connect.
Expense reports that finish
An approved report is reimbursed through the pay report or paid as a payable, or billed to the client. It does not stop at approved.
Time tracked where the work happens
The timer is on every page of every Calisto app, time comes from the calendar, and field work is logged with its location.
Bill in your client's currency
Each project keeps its client's currency, and each invoice is issued in it. Nothing is converted behind your back.
See every business you run in one place
Run more than one business? Time, approvals and billing for all of them sit in one view, each kept apart.

Questions about switching
Can I bring my Harvest history?
Yes. Export your data from Harvest, or use a personal access token from your own Harvest account. Calisto reads it in your browser and imports clients, contacts, projects, tasks, rates with their history, time, expenses with their receipts, invoices with their payments, and estimates.
What happens to archived clients and projects?
Archived clients come in inactive. Archived projects come in closed, with their time and invoices attached.
What if a row is missing something?
A row with no currency, or a person who is not on your team yet, is held with its reason in the import report. Nothing is guessed and nothing is dropped. Fix it and import again; nothing is imported twice.
Does Calisto stay connected to Harvest?
No. Your data is exported once, from your own account. Calisto keeps no connection and stores no Harvest credential.
