Questions about switching
Can I bring my Eventbrite events and orders into Calisto Tickets?
No. Tickets has no import, so events and ticket types are set up fresh in Ticket Setup, and holders arrive as they buy or as the team issues their tickets. Every ticket the Calisto door admits is one Calisto sold or issued, so a switch is simplest from the next event.
How do buyers get their tickets after I switch from Eventbrite?
Buyers sign in to Calisto and buy on the event's public page or on the business's website. Their ticket opens on its own page with the door's code, a wallet pass where their phone keeps one, and the controls to pass it on or ask for a refund.
How does the door compare with the Eventbrite Organizer app?
The door runs in the browser on any phone, with the camera filling the screen and the verdict after each scan. It keeps working with no signal, and a ticket passed on to someone else gets a new code, so the old screenshot is refused.
