Questions about switching

Do my SCORM packages from Docebo come over?

No. University does not play SCORM or xAPI packages. Courses are rebuilt in University from their videos, documents and decks, which you upload to the Media Library and reuse across lessons.

What happens to my learners' completion records?

University has no import for another system's completion history. Keep the export from your old system as the record of past training; completions, certificates and compliance status build in University from the day your people start there.

Who are my learners in University?

Your own people in Calisto, so there is no user list to sync. You group them into Learner Groups, and a Learning Path can also name people outside the business, such as franchisees or resellers.

Does University write courses or translate them with AI?

No. Courses and their tests are written by the people the owner lets author training. The University screens show in each person's own language, but course content is shown as it was written.
