Questions about switching

Does my existing hardware work?

Yes, in most cases. Meraki, UniFi, Omada, MikroTik, Aruba, RUCKUS and the other connected systems send guests to your Calisto sign-in page, and a router with no connector still runs Open or Shared Password with its own setup steps.

What happens to my guest list?

Bring the contacts you hold into the business's shared contacts in Deals (Settings, Import & Data, Import Contacts). A guest who later signs in with the same email lands on that contact rather than a new one.

Can guests pay for a faster connection?

Yes. Plans set the speed, devices, data and length, and a guest buys one through the business's own gateway or charges it to a stay's folio.
