Questions about switching
How do I move my Clinked clients over?
Invite each client by email to the right portal. They receive an invitation code and link, reminders on day 3 and day 7, and sign in with a single-use emailed link instead of a password.
Can my portal stay on the domain clients know?
Yes. Each Navigator portal can run on its own custom domain, so clients keep visiting the same address.
What happens to the files I share in Clinked?
Files move into the client's records and into data rooms, where you choose view or view and upload access per person and every view and download is logged. Document requests let you ask for anything still missing.
