Questions About Switching
Can replies publish by themselves?
Only if the business wants them to. An Automations rule replies to reviews in a rating range as a draft or published, after a wait and in a set tone, and it is off until it is turned on. Replies by team members can wait for an owner's or admin's approval.
How are review requests sent?
A campaign asks by email, by SMS, or by email and else a text, one person, a list, a shared CSV or a contact card at a time, or an Automations rule asks after a visit, an order or a stay. One reminder is sent, each customer is asked at most a set number of times over 90 days, and unsubscribe is honored.
Is there review gating?
No. Below a campaign's feedback line a customer is offered private feedback first, and the public review link stays shown to everyone.
