What job types does Calisto support?

Calisto supports all field service trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, pool service, and more. Custom job forms, checklists, and workflows adapt to your trade. Equipment tracking, photo documentation, and progress invoicing work across all job types.

What about recurring service agreements?

Calisto handles recurring services natively through Pulse: maintenance agreements, subscription plans, seasonal service packages, and membership programs. Auto-scheduling, auto-invoicing, and renewal reminders are all included. Customers manage their agreements through the Navigator portal.

Can my subcontractors use the system?

Yes. Calisto's Vendor portal gives subcontractors their own login where they see assigned work orders, submit completion photos, log hours, and view payment status. No per-user fees for vendor accounts. You maintain full visibility into subcontractor work without sharing your entire system.

How does pricing work?

Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.

Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?

Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
