Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Calisto LLC ("Calisto"). This agreement is for all visitors and users of the Calisto Pro website at pro.calistoco.com and the Calisto Pro applications (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Our Commitment to Compliance
It is the intention of Calisto to comply with all laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate. Where the law of your country grants you rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights apply and override any conflicting provision of these Terms.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, damage, or interfere with any other user's experience
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, systems, or networks
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site without express written consent
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or structure of any part of the Site
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials or access to any Calisto product without prior written authorization
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Certain parts of the Site require you to create an account or be granted access by an administrator. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying Calisto promptly at https://pro.calistoco.com/support/tickets if you suspect unauthorized access
One Calisto account signs you in to every Calisto Pro application, so compromised credentials affect your access to all of them. Calisto suspends or terminates accounts that show signs of unauthorized use.
4. Changes to Terms
Calisto revises these Terms by publishing the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
5. External Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites. Calisto has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, code, images, designs, and downloads, is the exclusive property of Calisto, its affiliates, or its licensors. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Trademarks
"Calisto" and associated brand names and logos are trademarks of Calisto and its affiliates. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Calisto makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calisto and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
10. Termination
Calisto suspends or terminates access to the Site, including any individual product account, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santo Domingo.
11.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder remains in full effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calisto with respect to use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
