Move your data from Zoho Desk
Zoho Desk does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Zoho Desk’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
