Questions about switching

Do the people Veriff already verified come over?

No. Identity has no import for another provider's results. Request Verification takes a spreadsheet of the people you need, emails each one a personal link, and their result lands on their contact record when they finish.

Do I need developers to start?

No. A request is a link emailed to one person, and a shared link is a QR for the front desk. Identity has no SDK or public API, so a check runs in the browser on the person's own phone, not inside your own app.

Where does the result go?

Onto the person's contact record, which every Calisto app reads. A check-in in Stays, a document in Sign or a door in Tickets that asks for a verified person opens as soon as the check is approved.

Who decides a flagged check?

Someone on your team, in Needs Review, with the response window you set. Nothing is declined automatically, and every decision is in the Audit Trail.
