Questions about switching
How do my clients and contacts come over from Teamleader Orbit?
Export them as a spreadsheet and bring them in on pro.calistoco.com/switch, where each column is mapped onto Calisto. Each client is then the same record in Velocity, Deals and Ledger.
What about my retainers and recurring invoices?
Each retainer is set again as an allowance of hours or an amount per week or month, with a warning share and rollover. A recurring invoice is set once in Ledger and raises each occurrence as a real invoice.
Can my clients still follow their projects?
Yes. Clients follow their project in their Navigator portal: the updates you share, the milestones they approve, the tasks you share with them, the documents you ask of them and their invoices.
