Questions about switching

How do we bring our ServiceM8 data over?

Export your clients and jobs from ServiceM8 to CSV or Excel and drop the files into the switch tool. Clients come in as clients and jobs as work orders. Calisto has no direct ServiceM8 connector.

Do we need iPhones or iPads?

No. Trades runs in the browser and installs as an app on any phone, tablet or desk computer, iPhone and Android alike.

Can our clients still book online?

Yes. Each service is bookable online into a real slot inside your service areas, with a deposit taken at booking if you ask for one, and the booking opens its work order.
