| Dependencies That Follow a Moved TaskCalisto: moving a task that has dependents proposes the change instead of making it: each dependent's old and new date is listed, and Move All or Just This One decides.Checked Oct 30, 2026Source | Yes | Yes |
| Project TemplatesCalisto: a milestone plan places its steps as a project's milestones and splits the open payment by their shares, a contract's steps are added from the account's steps for that kind of contract, and repeated work comes from Library templates with their steps (with Dispatch).Checked Oct 30, 2026Source | Yes | Yes |
| Fixed-Fee, Time and Materials and Retainer ProjectsCalisto: a project bills as a fixed fee, as time and materials, as a retainer or as a package, and fee terms add a success fee, a capped fee or split billing between payers.Checked Oct 30, 2026Source | Yes | Yes |

| Hourly Labor Cost per PersonCalisto: every hour is costed by the one labor-cost rule Workforce's pay report uses, at each person's pay rate, so margin, cost against output and hire against freelance read the same cost.Checked Oct 30, 2026Source | Yes | Yes |
| Budget Against ActualsCalisto: time, expenses, bills and parts land on the project as they are recorded, so its budget against actual, Margin and Profit read the work as it stands, in the project's own currency.Checked Oct 30, 2026Source | Yes | Yes |

Questions about switching
How do my clients and contacts come over from Scoro?
Export them from Scoro as a spreadsheet and bring them in on pro.calistoco.com/switch, where each column is mapped onto Calisto. Each client is then the same record in Velocity, Deals and Ledger.
What about my open projects?
Each open project is opened again in Velocity with its client, how it bills, its budget and its milestones; a milestone plan can place a standard set of milestones at once. Time and costs logged from then on land on it.
Do my people need to learn a new timesheet?
Each person starts a timer or logs time in their own week and hands the week in once. Calendar events are suggested as time, and the week is signed off on the same approval engine as expenses and requests.
