Questions about switching

Can I bring my members from Resamania?

Yes. Import Members takes a CSV or Excel file with each member’s plan, join and next dues dates, families, life members and an opening balance owed. Card and direct debit authorizations are set up again with your own payment provider.

What do members use to manage their membership?

With Navigator, the member portal in the browser: they pay what they owe, change their card, pause within your freeze policy, renew, change plan and cancel with its quote first. There is no member app of your own brand in the app stores.

Do the gym, the club and the coworking floor need separate systems?

No. Fit, Golf, Coworking, Salon, Spa and Dine run their members over Registry in their own words, so one person’s memberships and dues are one record across them.
