Questions about switching
How do we bring our Property Inspect data over?
Export your inspection records from Property Inspect to CSV or Excel and drop the files into the switch tool. Your templates are set up again as standards in Assure's library. Calisto has no direct Property Inspect connector.
When does a client see their report?
When your Release Rules say: by default once the report is published, the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid in full. You can change those conditions or release each report by hand, and the client reads it in their portal.
Do inspections work with no signal?
Yes. Run the Inspection is held on the phone with no signal, and the run is recorded against the task once the line is back.
