Questions about switching
How do my clients and contacts come over from Productive?
Export them from Productive as a spreadsheet and bring them in on pro.calistoco.com/switch, where each column is mapped onto Calisto. Each client is then the same record in Velocity, Deals and Ledger.
How are my budgets set up again?
Each project's budget is set again in hours or money, for the whole project, a task or a person, or in named cost lines. Alerts fire at your own percentages, and a retainer is set as an allowance per week or month with rollover.
Where does my team's time off come from?
Time off is requested and approved in Workforce, and approved time off and your holidays come off each person's available hours on the capacity board from the moment it is approved.
