Questions About Switching

Which networks does a post go to?

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and Google Business Profile, each connected once in Connected Channels, plus Calisto TV and Calisto Radio. Each network can carry its own caption, media and options on the same post.

Can we bring our planned posts over?

Yes, as a CSV file. Each row becomes a draft, and a row with a date is scheduled after the same checks as a post written by hand; a row that fails them stays a draft with its reason.

Where are comments and messages answered?

In Inbox. Facebook and Instagram comments and direct messages arrive there and are answered there, with the business's other conversations.
