Questions about switching

Can I bring my clients and appointments from Pabau?

Yes. Appointments come in through Import on the Appointments screen, and clients by import into the shared client record, where every later visit adds its chart, photos and waivers.

Who can read the clinical record once it moves?

Only the owner and the people the owner clears in Team ▸ Clinical Access. Every read and change is recorded in the Activity log, and Calisto hosts the record in the EU as the business’s processor.

How do deposits and no-show fees move over?

Set a deposit per treatment or as the business default: none, a fixed amount, a percentage or a card held. A no-show fee is charged by hand or by a rule the spa turns on, and the cancellation policy is set in Settings.
